The capability of able to replicate the products in such a way that the intended audience just falls in love with the output this can generate. and the way Walnut helps us to do that in a very simple way is commendable. The complete dependency on Pre-prod/Test/Dev environment during demos is gone and we can demo it with Walnut Prototype is just amazing. Also the feature which we can use to make the demo customer specific with their details makes it more catchy for Customer which keeps them engaged and they are able to relate it in a better way.!! For any queries the customer support is just amazing and they do fix it very quickly and get it resolved. The way we can integrate this with most of the Applications/tools/products is just amazing. Once a user is starting to use the Demos created by Walnut they cant just go back to old way of doing demos through PPT so the frequency of use is on higher side. There are few things such as
1. when we actually capture the screens and the preview it shows is sometimes different than what it actually captured and if I just basis on the preview if i continue doing it and then in later stages when we opened it in Edit mode then the screen shows different which is a big downside.
2. When changing the selected element for tooltip sometime it doesn't work quiet smoothly and need to give a couple of tries.

They've really leveled up the experience of building demos. It's much easier now to build walnuts dependant on a lot of different screens and data points. This was the most important enhancement to improve our adoption of the solution. They also offer offline mode now which was a major request. I love the fact that it enables our teams to scale our demo process. We are moving at a high velocity and often, there is not enough time to schedule a 1:1 demo per customer. Walnut is very easy to use from an admin perspective. Building demos and tours takes no time at all, while offering the features and functinality we were looking for. We're using it for live demos, guided website tours, and sales leave behinds to give our teams a repeatable demo experience and provide prospects with more access to what the experience is like with our products.
The support with Walnut has been outstanding, really have been surprised and impressed with how quickly questions are answered. Support has helped us do some creative things with our demos we weren't able to do on our own, all completed promptly.

- Creating, embedding, and distributing Walnuts is super easy, so adoption took off like wildfire after initial training. I'm glad we budgeted for more than just our Sales and Marketing teams to have licenses, because it has become a default tool for internal use as well.

The ease of use and ability to quickly build a polished and interactive demo experience is second to none. The variety of use cases that tackle training, websites, and customer experiences make this the perfect well-rounded business tool. After much research, Walnut was the sole product that met all our requirements from a usability, security, and reporting perspective. The platform is intuitive and easy to use effectively from day one. Implementation and integrations were so simple it's hard to consider them as separate topics!

Their breathe of features that help you design the 'perfect' demo. The ability to customize to the degree Walnut can comes in handy when the product you're trying to show is a bit more complex and less straightforward.
