What do you like best about Walnut?

The capability of able to replicate the products in such a way that the intended audience just falls in love with the output this can generate. and the way Walnut helps us to do that in a very simple way is commendable. The complete dependency on Pre-prod/Test/Dev environment during demos is gone and we can demo it with Walnut Prototype is just amazing. Also the feature which we can use to make the demo customer specific with their details makes it more catchy for Customer which keeps them engaged and they are able to relate it in a better way.!! For any queries the customer support is just amazing and they do fix it very quickly and get it resolved. The way we can integrate this with most of the Applications/tools/products is just amazing. Once a user is starting to use the Demos created by Walnut they cant just go back to old way of doing demos through PPT so the frequency of use is on higher side. What do you dislike about Walnut?

There are few things such as

1. when we actually capture the screens and the preview it shows is sometimes different than what it actually captured and if I just basis on the preview if i continue doing it and then in later stages when we opened it in Edit mode then the screen shows different which is a big downside.

2. When changing the selected element for tooltip sometime it doesn't work quiet smoothly and need to give a couple of tries.

3. At times the lag when doing edits is also a let down even if the network is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?

The dependency on Pre-prod/Demo/Test/Dev environment for Demo purpose as most of the times these environments are not stable and which can leave a very bad impression of Product in front of the customer, so Walnut is helping me in creating the Prototypes which can be used for Demo and make it better. What do you like best about Walnut?

They've really leveled up the experience of building demos. It's much easier now to build walnuts dependant on a lot of different screens and data points. This was the most important enhancement to improve our adoption of the solution. They also offer offline mode now which was a major request. What do you dislike about Walnut?

Since they improved the screen capturing capabilities, I don't have any major issues with the product. I'd love for them to continue to improve how you can demo mobile apps on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our demo data is hard to manage, especially when the data is driven by integrations. Walnut enables us to seamlessly demonstrate our integrations and core features that pull data from external sources like marketing metrics. We're a data heavy platform being an operational tool, and the data is sourced from lots of real life actions. Walnut simplifies our ability to create realistic looking data in our demos. What do you like best about Walnut?

I love the fact that it enables our teams to scale our demo process. We are moving at a high velocity and often, there is not enough time to schedule a 1:1 demo per customer. What do you like best about Walnut?

Walnut is very easy to use from an admin perspective. Building demos and tours takes no time at all, while offering the features and functinality we were looking for. We're using it for live demos, guided website tours, and sales leave behinds to give our teams a repeatable demo experience and provide prospects with more access to what the experience is like with our products.

The support with Walnut has been outstanding, really have been surprised and impressed with how quickly questions are answered. Support has helped us do some creative things with our demos we weren't able to do on our own, all completed promptly.

They're also really improving the product quickly with new features coming out to support better customization and better demo experiences. Really excited for what the future holds in store for Walnut! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Walnut?

Not really much to complain about. It would be great if we could do some of the demo aspects on our own like adding videos but support is so quick to help us do that it really isn't a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Walnut is helping us create standardized demo experiences for our sellers and prospects. We are using it for live demos, sales leave behinds, and website tours - although I feel like we are just scratching the surface on what can be done.

- Provide prospects with more access to our product on our website and leave behinds

What do you like best about Walnut?

- Easy to use, reliable software that works as-advertised.

- Creating, embedding, and distributing Walnuts is super easy, so adoption took off like wildfire after initial training. I'm glad we budgeted for more than just our Sales and Marketing teams to have licenses, because it has become a default tool for internal use as well.

- Implementation was very straightforward. Time-to-value was near instant.

What do you like best about Walnut?

The ease of use and ability to quickly build a polished and interactive demo experience is second to none. The variety of use cases that tackle training, websites, and customer experiences make this the perfect well-rounded business tool. Integration is a breeze and learning curve and training only make that easier. Customer support has been top notch. We are using Walnut almost everyday and plan to expand our use of it! The biggest problem was relying on a stable network to ensure a seamless demo experience. This presents a unique challenge in having a demo environment ready to go, but also a stable network to make sure there are no glitches. With Walnut, we aren't sweating over a reliable network and can also storyboard our demo into unique modules making it easier for our teams and customers to interact. Still some kinks in actually creating the demos, organizing them, and customizing - it took me a while to do the initial creation. Also it doesn't save automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Walnut?

After much research, Walnut was the sole product that met all our requirements from a usability, security, and reporting perspective. The platform is intuitive and easy to use effectively from day one. Implementation and integrations were so simple it's hard to consider them as separate topics!

What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an emerging brand in North America, though we have been globally known since 2001. Walnut has undeniably made sharing pre- or post-demo experiences easier to increase our brand awareness and educate prospects to further the conversation. We can create and share personalized mini-demos to showcase the platform in ways no marketing materials or collateral can accomplish in the same way. The demos can be interactive, have audio overlays, and be guided and engaging (to name a few things) while allowing prospects to click around and understand our software solution's benefits before we even get to the deeper dive. I can highlight more in-depth details during a live demonstration since the clients know the surface-level features and benefits, making meetings more productive. What do you like best about Walnut?

Their breathe of features that help you design the 'perfect' demo. The ability to customize to the degree Walnut can comes in handy when the product you're trying to show is a bit more complex and less straightforward. While Walnut is powerful and flexible, other tools tend to have certain, what seems to be basic, functionality that Walnut lacks or requires customization. What do you like best about Walnut?

Versatility - We use Walnut for internal and external training and demo purposes across a broad number of platforms and have had huge success doing so.

Ease of use - The captures, creation of guides, and ability to track and report are all incredibly intuitive and powerful
