While Consensus has been a valuable tool for creating customer demoboards, there are a few areas where the platform could improve:
Standard Video Linking: One major drawback is the inability to link to a single video for multiple features. This limitation forces us to upload the same video repeatedly for each feature, which is time-consuming and inefficient.
Demoboard Customization: Another issue is the lack of flexibility in copying and modifying demoboards. We can't easily duplicate a demoboard and adjust the videos attached to it while keeping the same receptions. This restriction hampers our ability to quickly tailor presentations to different customer needs.

Using consensus for over 3 years, the best thing about Consensus is the ability to choose what relevant contact you would like your client to see, as well as tracking "views" and receiving feedback on that content. Using these videos is often the first "material" a client can see/review before they decide to take it to the next step. Having a client show interest, after they have seen the content, really saves time during the sales cycle not only for the seller but the client as well. No dislikes and I see more and more updates come through. This could be a user error but sometimes our video subject name is long and it would be nice to hover over the video name to see the entire Subject video title (when looking at the list of vidoes available) For Example: "NACM Lending - Mortgagebot - LOS officer sites overview " when looking at the drop down, you can only see so many words so if all the videos are names NACM Lending - Mortgagebot .... then I am not sure which one I am selecting until I select that one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What really stands out for me is the user interface—it’s super intuitive and easy to navigate. Creating demo boards is fast and straightforward, which has been a huge time-saver for our sales team. I also love how customizable everything is; we can tailor demos to different personas or use cases without having to start from scratch. As a Hunter developing new business, Consensus is an incredible resource for short videos that can be used as marketing previews, micro demo videos, recap overviews, etc. I like using them through the entire sales cycle. I like how easy it is to create demoboards, add multiple videos and multiple personas. It's also easy to use the web version, the desktop app or Outlook integration. Using Consensus is most helpful for me once I've established a trust/rapport with my prospects. I do not have much success with opens or views when sending as a marketing strategy because many prospects will not open or view an external link. If there is a way to embed the videos to where they can play within the email, I think that would be a huge benefit as opposed to clicking the play button or link to open an external page. Consensus has been instrumental in helping us scale our presales efforts without sacrificing quality. One of the standout features is the analytics. The Demolytics make it incredibly easy to demonstrate ROI to leadership and are a great addition to executive decks. These insights also help us drive adoption by having data-driven conversations with sales leaders. For our Solution Consultants, it’s been a major efficiency boost: they can focus on high impact, live demos while leveraging Consensus videos in the earlier stages of the deal cycle to educate prospects and move deals forward faster. The main challenge we’ve run into is scalability as our team and content library continue to grow. I’d love to see more bulk management capabilities, such as the ability to update user groups in bulk as roles shift, or to reorganize existing videos into new folder structures more efficiently. I enjoy using Consensus videos to introduce myself and my product to a prospect or share a specific function of my product as a follow-up in the sales process.
Getting notified about who opened my consensus and insights around their views helps me understand what challenges they want to solve and shapes my conversations with them.
I use it in every sales process and prospecting accounts I'm strategically pursuing.

I would like a better way to save and access all video in the Demo Library. Organizing them with a Tag or File system would be more helpful than just searching in an open Library, which feels like a free-for-all, lacking structure and organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consensus had become a valuable tool in our tool kit for our go to market strategy. It allows to make our initial/first pass or level 1 demos with a minimal employee time requirements. We use this as a way to give our customer a flavor of what Blue Yonder has to offer.
This has allowed us to focus on more custom demos for clients and allowed our clients to make a more focused use case request for demoing vs just show me what your system can do.
Additionally, we also use consensus to track how our customers are sharing and using our demo videos. This allows Blue Yonder to keep out IP inside the walls of consensus but be able to share it with clients and be able to see how they are sharing the information internally. I'd like to see a more SharePoint like interface with storing video/demo assets. Having to interact and upload videos though the GUI every time can become slow and tedious. They need a file share style engagement portal with the video content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a tool that helps me get a demo to a prospect as soon as humanly possible. Prospects are coming to us with their research already done, they don't want 5 calls to see a demo. Consensus helps me make the most of the information my SDR team was able to gather, and get a demo in the hands of my champion before they come to a discovery call with me. It gets me early touches and interest. I can email the prospect a few times before the discovery call to nudge them to preview the demos, and then they come to the next call interested and ready to talk. Moreover, it's a great way for champions to share demos without having to put time on a stakeholders calendar. It gets my product in front of more people earlier on. I liked the idea of the demo board, but it's not everything I wanted. Prospects still don't understand how to use it -- once they make a selection, they can't reset it. If I add multiple demos to a board, even with an intro video letting them know there's multiple demos, they still only watch the first.
