What do you like best about Navattic?

My company has used Navattic over the years to create interactive, dynamic virtual tours of our products, and it's been wonderful. I like the variety of capabilities the tool offers - from being able to seamlessly capture screenshots to blurring out copy when necessary to easily generating mobile-friendly versions to all the different design options available (i.e., module vs. tooltip), etc. I also like how professional the walkthroughs look :) I would absolutely recommend this to others!

I would also be remiss if I didn't mention their fabulous support. You can easily chat with their support team to get quick answers, and their customer success team is very attentive, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help!

We recently learned about the new AI feature, which makes it way quicker and easier to build tours. I haven't had the chance to use this tool yet, but I know it'll enable us to be much more efficient in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navattic?

Product being PLG is very easy to implement and get started with. My favourite part about Navattic is not just the product but the team behind the product. I have used Navattic for interactive demo's and for building and unclogging pipeline for PLG products. The team took a keen interest in my usage and decided build more features and scale the use-case out to others which made my immediate use-case better. They have always been tremendously open to feedback and the customers voice seems like their roadmap. It also helps that i get to lean a lot through working with them as I build my GTM org. Value in partnering with not just a great product but expert GTM professionals.The product is very easy to use and it integrates with our existing outreach technology. What do you dislike about Navattic?

What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic is a no-brainer now that they have a free forever plan. I built an interactive demo for my client and I was a newbie to the whole process. It was pretty easy to get going and the Navattic team helped me out when I had any questions. They even helped me build out the mobile-friendly version. We were curious about the data analytics (who visits the demo, how many clicks, how long, etc.) so we were able to get a taste of that too (free trial). What do you like best about Navattic?

I enjoy being able to create screenshots for the demo directly within the tool. It's also convenient to clone those capture folders for any additional demos I might create in my account. One of the recent updates that I appreciate is the ability to customize the positioning of elements, ensuring that the tooltips do not obstruct any important information. What do you dislike about Navattic?

I have attempted to export demo videos into MP4 format to create a cohesive video for our TVs at trade shows, but some of the captures failed during the export process. Additionally, I wish there were a way to navigate back and forth between different flows. Currently, in Navattic, while you can use the table of contents to return, it would be helpful to have an arrow that allows you to go back to another flow as well. There are numerous payroll providers available, and I enjoy showcasing our interactive demo at trade shows and on our website before potential clients commit to a live demo or even a conversation. Seeing is believing, and Navattic makes that possible. This tool saves valuable time for our solutions consultants, who already have busy schedules, by allowing prospects to view a general overview of the product before initiating a conversation. What do you like best about Navattic?

The ability to edit the displayed text is amazing. Most demo environments are messy with dummy test data, or you use a live production environment and need to mask real info. Navattic lets me edit all the text as needed to simulate a rich, real experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to show, not tell is huge. I used to spend a LOT of time prepping, recording, and editing video demos—both polished demo videos, as well as quick narrated screenshares. Those are not easy tasks, especially when you have a messy demo environment or information that needs to be redacted (like customer info).

Our organization caters to many different customers, and we're still small so we don't always have the time to provide 1:1 demos for each and every person. Being able to construct async demos that are tailored to the business needs of our customers allow us to offer the information our clients are looking for without having to schedule out each and every one. Sometimes I have so many reference flows I get a bit twisted up and can't delete them bc they reference too many others, but there's a good chance this is user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We simply don't have the manpower or time in the day to provide a demo to every guest on our website that wants one. In an effort to prioritize high value customers we looked for some other way to offer quality service to smaller accounts without sacrificing customization. With Navattic, we can build demos for different facets of the industry, then share the appropriate demo with the customer. Their specific needs are still being spoken to without ever being, well, spoken to. We can also use peices of one tour in another, so we aren't reinventing the wheel each time we create a new tour. What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic allows us to build guided demos to allow any of our sales team to run a demo without always needing an SE on the call to do a live demo - this helps with scale and time/bandwidth constraints.

The building experience makes it quick to build demos (and customise/adjust the UI) and then offer a variety of consumption mode such as demo with text boxes for a fully guided experience and then the ability to toggle these off for a more presenter type mode (pseudo-live demo).

What do you like best about Navattic?

I love how easy it is to edit captures. After every product update, I don’t have to start from scratch to create new tutorials. What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic’s user-friendly platform streamlines demo creation, and their responsive support team quickly addresses any issues, often resolving them within hours. They are continually innovating and improving the editor experience for the better. Internally, other departments are seeing the demos I’ produce and eager to jump on the Navattic bandwagon. Nothing major. Like any web-based platform that’s continuously improving and evolving, there are occasional hiccups. But as I say, they jump on these very quickly and the majority are cosmetic, not impacting time to production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Demo creation in general. Improving: turnaround, ongoing maintenance; and quality. We use these as gated demos for each product on our web site. What do you like best about Navattic?

I work for an industry vertical-specific CRM. This tool makes my job as a Product Marketer a breeze.

Being able to edit the HTML of the captures is GAMECHANGING.

This tool also has some of the best support reps (shoutout Alex). Their team is lightning fast, has walked me through so many things, and has fixed some bugs I found along the way. Most issues get resolved very quickly.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

There are some quirky things about this tool, some of them I've chatted to their reps to take back to the dev team. Here are a few nitpicks of an overall great product:

1. Hover state menu captures often need screenshots to replicate that part of the process, as it will claim to capture that step but not actually show it in the process.

2. Using Navattic on iPad browser can cause the text boxes of the demo to resize and run off the screen.

3. Mobile experience of the demos is not the best.

4. You cannot export the captures as screenshots currently. You can create gifs and videos of your flow, however. I have not tried this tool yet.

5. There are some overall unintuitive UI choices such as needing to go to dashboard to make a copy of a demo, not being able to copy the published link of a demo from the dashboard. Copying a flow from another demo was so confusing I was worried I was going to break something.

6. Sometimes beacons for tool tips act up/be unmapped and will cause their child textboxes to display in a strange location.

7. The new capture toolbar to me isn't an improvement UX/UI wise over the old one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
