What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like most about CloudTalk is that it is very intuitive and saves a lot of time in day-to-day customer contact tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

What I don't like about CloudTalk is that sometimes the integrations don't work as well as they should, but nothing serious. In my case I also use Hubspot my company has this linking, when using the Cloudtalk from the app I get out because in theory there is another device using my account and is the automatic linking that exists with hubspot in my company, it is usually annoying because it takes me out of my account and I have to log in again, no big deal. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

CloudTalk offers seamless CRM integrations, smart dialer, and advanced call routing to boost productivity. Its user-friendly interface, automation features, real-time analytics, ease of implementation, responsive customer support, and reliability for frequent use make it a top choice for our business communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

One downside of CloudTalk is that call quality can sometimes be inconsistent, especially with weak internet connections. Additionally, the pricing can be a bit high for smaller businesses, and some advanced features require higher-tier plans. And also we need to keep a regular check on if the number got spam or not. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I don't think there's any other way to go when using a service like this due to how easy cloud talk is to use, how easy it is to install and integrate into my daily work life, and the fact that i use it everyday with absolutely 0 hassle opening it, setting it up or dealing with any issues at all, speaks volumes about it. the few times i've created my own difficulties, at no fault of the app, the customer service has been patient and very receptive of any questions ive had. What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

there's a text feature, it's more of my own fault but i wish there could potentially be notifications for this, as i find it easy to miss our on incoming texts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

cloud talk is very easy to use and the implementation part is THUMBS UP. I have been using cloud talk now for a while and the experience is pretty good. I am able to connect with my prospects without any hindrances who resides abroad. I can able to make calls frequently and can able to connect with them and it's like making calls through our normal cell phone.

the experience is very good and would recommend to people who deals foreign clients to use this app for making calls. I am getting proper support from my team if I face any situations and I am back on track. thank you cloud talk for making my calls an easier one to connect!!! when the call gets end, the over view can be given on the "reasons" as to why the call got ended/disrupted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

CloudTalk makes handling customer calls ridiculously easy. The interface is clean and simple, so even if you’re not super tech-savvy, you’ll get the hang of it quickly. One of its biggest perks is how well it integrates with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zendesk, meaning all your customer info stays in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Nothing’s perfect, and CloudTalk has its downsides. The mobile app could use some work—some users report frequent call drops and glitches. Another thing to consider is the limited omnichannel support—CloudTalk is great for calls, but if you need a solution that seamlessly handles emails, chats, and social media too, you might find it lacking. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The ease of use is pretty good. it offers support for various mobile and web platforms which makes it using quite easy. customer service is exceptional even tho they dont have any toll-free or customer support call lines however agents on chat pretty much resolve all the issues on time. getting it intergrated is also pretty easy since it has a native support for many CRMs. Calling rates are quite competetive as well. Overall we use it for our 2 different companies in India and we never had any major challenges with cloudtalk from the last 2 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The only downside with cloudtalk is if you're from india you'll have a hard time with billing as RBI guidelines has problems with credit cards being used. i really hope cloudtalk finds out a way to resolve this billing issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I work for marketing team and I do believe cultural rapport with the customers/prospects is a pivotal aspect when it comes to handling clients abroad. Cloud talk has helped me achieve this aspect with their international call plan facility. I am currently using it frequently for APAC countries.

Apart from this , I would also like to highlight few features of it - recording, calling review and reports. It helps me focus more on the conversation than worrying about the notes taking session.

I am able to see the good results. Hope it continues! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

In few cases, I noticed that the call history, reviews and recording were not updated on the hubspot. Additionally, in my company cloud talk doesn't work on wifi, so we generally use our mobile hotspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I appreciate most about CloudTalk is its seamless and intuitive interface, which makes managing inbound and outbound calls a breeze. The call quality is consistently excellent. Their real-time analytics, call recording, and smart routing features have significantly improved our customer support efficiency. On top of that, the onboarding process was incredibly smooth, and their support team is not only responsive but genuinely eager to help. It’s clear that CloudTalk is built with customer-centricity at its core. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Honestly, there’s very little to criticize. If I had to mention something, it would be that the mobile app could offer a bit more of the desktop platform’s functionality—but even that is improving rapidly with each update. Overall, any minor shortcomings are far outweighed by the benefits and ongoing development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Occasionally, calls drop or have delays, especially during peak hours. The mobile app could be more functional, and some integrations require manual workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Above all – simplicity! Integrations with popular CRMs, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, make everything work smoothly, and you have customer data at your fingertips. Friendly and simple interface, the ability to check statistics on an ongoing basis and listen to recorded conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Well, unfortunately, not everything is golden… The mobile app can crash at the least expected moment, which can be frustrating. In addition, if you want access to all the bells and whistles, you have to choose a more expensive plan – and this can hurt smaller companies financially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
