I have saved myself and our staff from so many long winded meetings because of this software. Now most trainings can be just assigned thru Trainual, with content they can complete at their availability and always refer back to when needed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Organization of content can sometimes be tricky. I'm learning as I go to try to make things make sense. It would be great too, instead of duplicatng a topic to several areas, have one topic be assigned to several subjects, so when I need to update I don't have to do it multiple times. It is the best platform so far; everyone can quickly access the information. Its versatility for uploading information is magnificent, and the ease of searching is excellent. I love the Trainual vibe. It intentionally makes learning available in a digestable, fun, intuitive format-which can make an otherwise potentially boring task into something learners don't hate! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting. There are so many group and filter options, but the reporting is a huge gap. So much potential, so close, but not quite there yet. Customer support is hit and miss, I wish response time was faster and more accurate. Trainual also doesn't have a lot of integrations with other platforms, so that can be a struggle for some. I wish that trainual had more test options. I would like the written response to not be automatically marked as correct without review, and it would be great if existing tests could be combined into more comprehensive exams (like a "final"). I like being able to document every task that my job entails. I can do step-by-step instructions with screenshots and include a video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I experienced that was an inconvenience was the limited Loom video option.

I like how we can create contents at ease, it's like we are given multiple blank books and we have the freedom to fill all these books according to the company's information, policies and processes.

I love how they have the Trainual U, which helped me really huge as I build Trainual for the company I worked for, and those certifications are so awesome!

Things I discovered along the way that are not possible with Trainual, right now:

1. Adding a new font style - Found out that the standard font of the company which is the Proxima Nova is not available in Trainual. Reached out to the Trainual support but said adding new font is not possible for now.

2. Editing the org chart by dragging names/roles anywhere from the screen to achieve how we want the org chart to appear - So, as I was trying to come up with the company's org chart, the only thing I can do is set the person that an employee reports to and Trainual does everything from there. Which in our case does not make any sense after we set everything up. Trainual org chart is not that smart and flexible to create/edit, I would say. Hoping they'd do some updating that allows us to drag names/roles instead to freely create the org chart that we want.

3. This is an additional one that just occured to me lately, the pages are so pale and we can't even add some background to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing about Trainual is that you have the ability to onboard new employees and allow team members to delegate their tasks with simplicilty and efficieny. The more processes you document, the more capacity your team has for growth! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trainual is easy to learn and navigate. I appreciate the constant updates, the variety of integrations available, and the responsive customer service team. The Trainual app is user-friendly and appeals to our young staff while the desktop version makes editing and monitoring completion simple. Reports and public sharing are great features.
