Qualio shows complete organization workflow and how they are interconnected to each other; workflow is well defined in qualio learnings. I like to learn in qualio, and templates are well designed and very helpful for freshers and experienced. Not only work, but it also plans understandings about company policies and securities-related policies. The best platform I had ever used; easy to understand and the notes are well-designed. There is nothing to dislike in qualio but templates and documents if they provide videos. It would also be more batter and more attractive to learn more about work and make learning more accessible in the creative pathway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Basic text editing is simple
-The dashboard is good
-Easier to learn system compared to MasterControl
-Customer support is pretty good
-Side panel menu was a huge improvement!

-Analytical features are confusing and too limited to be helpful.
e.g. 1) why can't I adjust Periodic Review analytics to any monthly time frame I want and select specific document types?
2)Can't export Periodic review reports!
3) Why can't I look backward to view # of overdue events in other quarters or monthly timeframes?
-Method of calculating on time training is wrong,
e.g. 1) as soon as someone completes an overdue training, the overdue information is lost; doesn't even highlight in red who completed training late
2) I actually saw the number of completed trainings drop between weeks, how is this possible.
-Challenging to create documents and tables in landscape format
-No way to easily see when documents were approved or made effective
-Took away ability to click links to open pdfs, attachments now open and obscure related document
-Awkward to navigate between sections of Events, can only have one section open at a time
- in the past few months, way to much focus on integrating information from other software rather than fixing simple things.
