I appreciate the events feature that allows us to create and track different events/occurrences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
During the review and approval process, there is no way to accept suggestions or edits without losing all reviewer sign-off time stamps. Additionally, the formatting throughout the document can become messy, as the platform is not as user-friendly as Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Documents sometimes freeze and cannot be edited or commented on when there are multiple reviewers with various comments. I have not experienced this issue with other eQMS programs or editing software. Furthermore, as a basic user, I have access to superseded versions of documents. This should not be the case, though I am unsure if this issue is due to the permissions my company has granted me or if it is a Qualio-specific problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease and control it gives you over the reviews and approvals needed to create documentation and implement changes. It does not allow you to leave loose ends that can cause non-conformities during audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the lack of order in Qualio, the search engine is very tedious and I waste a lot of time looking for documents within the system.

While Qualio is great for managing documents and workflows, the editor lacks some essential features. For instance, it would be highly beneficial to include a cross-reference tool within the editor to help connect different parts of documents more seamlessly. Qualio has a good user interface that is informative but simple in design. The review/approval functionality is easy to use and good at organizing documents to address. The layout in document editing with comments and suggestions is simple and easy to utilize. Organization of change controls and form template creation has also greatly decreased time spent documenting. Table creation and editing are big sore points in document editing. Tables do not automatically update to the proper formatting when adding cells (columns or rows), and I cannot add more than one row/column at a time, which greatly increases time spent. When multiple people have a document open, such as an author and editor, it often will become confused on which person's changes to register and has deleted large bulleted text sections in my experience. There's often an issue of formatting after adding a figure to a document. When adding the figure, bullet formatting after insertion will sometimes not function properly and require completely removing the figure and re-insertion. Finally, bulleting in Microsoft suite programs like Word sometimes does not translate into Qualio, which requires painstaking re-formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Qualio it is cloud base QMS software which is accessible from anywhere with the active internet connection so it is easy to use and easy to implement for organization, Qualio provides Dashboard on which we are able to see the pending trainings and documents which is pending for review, standard operating procedure,detailed operating procedures which provides easiness to complete it we can easily get up to dated for new assigned training from their email notifications, Qualio helps to manage quality processes more easily I used it on daily basis. It helps me to keep track of important documents and changes made to the documents and ensuring they meet regulations. Qualio is user-friendly and works well with other tools, which helps me to work faster and more efficiently. Overall, it really helps improve quality and productivity!
Qualio chat support gives instant resolutions on chat which is quite recommended.

The search & tags features are excellent for quickly finding documents that allows me to put the neccesary paperwork for production together in a timely manner without spending ages hunting the specific documents in hidden folders like our old onedrive system. When editing reviewed documents, I have to click comments further down the page two or three times to make them move to the correct part of the document before i can check/accept the changes the reviewer has made.

Being our First electronic QMS system, Qualio has been a game changer for us.
The Customer Support during our initial implementation stage was commendable where every step of our migration from paper based system to Qualio was inexplicably planned and organised.
Upon implementation, and as this is the system we use on a daily basis, training of other staffs in our organization and getting them up and running with the system has been rather simple given the ease of its use.
The features that we had adopted such as Documents, Training, CAPAs, Protocol Deviations, CAPA ,MANAGEMENT, CHANGE CONTROL and many more has enabled accuarte caprtuing of all important Quality events and routing for review, approval and close-out effectively.

The inability of Qualio at present to arrange Documents-SOPs based on its alphabetical order is the downfall.
Also, in terms of Supplier management, the lack of options to arrange them into groups is another downfall Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Qualio is pretty easy to use and very organized. You can upload documents or create new ones with a wide range of features. You can share easily with all people in your group, and even assign trainings through the program or request that approvers can look over your document before making it official. Qualio brings quality and compliance under one roof without overwhelming the user. As someone with a background in ISO 13485, I find document control, training, and change management modules so helpful. The user interface is clean, modern, and doesn’t require a long learning curve. It also integrates well with how quality systems should actually operate in real-world. Plus, the on-line customer support is quick, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable. The reporting capabilities are somewhat limited—you can get the basics, but for more complex metrics, you may find yourself working offline. Also, the change control workflows could benefit from a bit more flexibility for organizations with more customized approval processes. Lastly, while onboarding is generally smooth, the initial configuration requires a clear understanding of how your quality system maps into Qualio’s structure—otherwise, you may end up reorganizing later.
