The Insider team and the real-time experience personalization feature, mainly based on user behavior, are extremely valuable. The variety of automation, segmentation, and A/B testing tools allows for working with great precision in CRM strategies and digital performance. The initial learning curve is a bit long, especially for users who are not familiar with advanced automated marketing concepts. What do you like best about Insider?

We believe that Insider's offers way more capabilities than any other marketing automation, cross-channel journey orchestration, and personalization solution. We haven’t found any other platform which allows us to seamlessly integrate onsite and offsite experiences and siloed data to provide us with a single and unified view of each user to understand their behavior across different devices, channels and touchpoints. Insider's Customer Data Platform (CDP) is also the best in the business as it is able to capture siloed user data from these different channels and bring them to one central location for us to draw insights and act on it to create engaging personalized cross-channel experiences. When using Insider, another important feature that played a key role for us was dynamic segmentation between our users from different countries. This may seem like a pretty simple concept, but it was something that no other vendor previously offered us. We are very impressed by the effectiveness of the various tools on Insider. For example, the side discount coupon tool increased our conversion rate by 30% while the cart reminder feature increased our conversion rate by 20%. What’s more, A/B testing enabled us to test different elements and campaigns and activate the best performing ones to further improve our conversion rate. Not just these, Insider's Account Management team is extremely supportive in helping us activate campaigns, and also addressing any challenges that pop up. Not just that, they lend their expertise by suggesting campaigns we can run at particular times of the year based on the market trends to boost our engagement game. What do you like best about Insider?

As far as our website revenue goes, Insider contributes to a large share of 15%. This is a huge percentage and the impact they've create is quite good. We switched to Insider for Smart Recommender, their personalized product recommendation engine since we found their AI algorithms extremely robust, with numerous awesome features offering a lot of flexibility in usage.

Using Smart Recommender, we have been able to show personalized product recommendations easily and they have ensured that we are getting more converions and sales. At the forefront of this is Insider's amazing Customer Data Platform (CDP) as that's the product that knits everything together.

Their CDP helps us integrate data from a variety of sources together to act on it to create engaging cross-channel campaigns. We are able to understand our customers better know since the data aren't siloed now but are in a single, centralized location. What do you like best about Insider?

Attracting new users and converting them into registered users without being intrusive seemed challenging for us. On the bright side, Insider's gamified lead collection templates provide an effective solution, allowing us to incentivize new users to register and make their first purchase through relevant discount codes at checkout.

Insider's recommendation engine has exceeded our expectations in several ways, with a seamless integration process and easy-to-use panels that enable us to set up and test recommendation strategies across different web pages. The analytics are also insightful, providing us with a better understanding of what works best and which products or categories are performing well.

Their omnichannel journey builder, Architect, has helped us design impactful customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, including web, email, and SMS. Their pre-built templates enable us to start much faster based on unique use cases like cart abandonment, browse abandonment, replenishment, and more. By delivering the right content to the right user at the right time and on the right channel, we have successfully increased our conversion rates.
