It has also enhanced the quality of our answers, customizing them to better meet the unique needs of our customers. The most valuable benefit is how it minimizes the need to consult our SMEs, as Tribble stores past responses and consistently generates precise, thorough, and impactful answers. - Gives easy-to-understand and contextual answers, much like an actual SE would

Tribble has drastically reduced the time it takes to respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc., while simultaneously improving answer quality. The integrations and workflows also make it easier to update the "brain" and have internal experts validate the answers provided. Lastly, it's elevated our GTM team's credibility with prospects and customers. Answers to deeply technical questions are now readily provided in real time which historically required a series of internal emails and follow-ups with prospects and customers. Getting started with tribble was easy and intuitive. We worked with our point of contact to get it set up very quickly. Tribble is very agile. It can respond to simple yes/no questions and to long-form responses where it has to come up with examples and other verbiage. It is also very easy to use and 'train'. Challenges with Creative Proposals
Many of the proposals I work on require a high degree of creativity and don’t follow a standard template. Tribble struggles to adapt to original, freeform, creative design thinking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tribble has been incredible for our solutions consulting team - they're able to move many times faster and eliminate a lot of the tactical busy work that usually goes along with RFPs and security reviews. The next area they're growing into is knowledge sharing and enablement for the entire organization - which has some kinks we're still working out but has the potential to be truly transformational for the way that we work. Some of the backend features are bare-bones, but we know this is an area of investment. There's some times it won't answer correctly, some of this is shared responsibility between the way we've organized our data, Tribble, and LLMs as a whole. Overall, very happy with the partnership.
