The best thing about Salary.com is that it is super user-friendly. Finding what I was looking for was easy and quick, and the site provided a bunch of details. I frequently use the site for work purposes to house all our job descriptions. I utilized Salary.com's customer support once because I had difficulty getting my account initially set up, but they were quick to help and resolve the issue (I already had an account under a different email address).
