The numerous reporting tools and informative training webinars help break down the site -- from market pricing, survey participation, customizing reports, etc. These reports have been helpful in following up on trends and preparing our senior leadership for budget impacts. It's overwhelming at first given all of the information the site provides! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MarketPay is easy to get our data into and out of. It offers excellent reporting tools within the application, but it is also easy to pull data out and analyze it offline. Their customer support is responsive and professional, and they have proven to be a true business partner in helping our organization meet its goals. Online training is available on MarketPay's many features (and on good compensation practice in general) through the included Payscale Connect community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I look forward to increased maturity of the Payscale Compensation Survey that we have included in our MarketPay subscription. I am optimistic of their product roadmap for this dataset and what we are starting to see in 2024 as those product changes are implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MarketPay is a great tool for Market pricing a job. The AI feature makes life easy to market price a job. Great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Remove Market Price a job tab as we already have a Market Price a Job (New) tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the most part, it is user-friendly. It capably stores external salary survey data and internal employee/job/pay grade structure data. Keeps things organized, saves market pricing for your jobs and preserves history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It feels "old school". The technology behind this product doesn't seem to have had any significant upgrades in several years. When MarketPay merged with PayFactors, I thought we would see some real synergy between what they had been developing and what MarketPay already had. But they still seem to be two separate products. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but with all the advancements in AI being hyped in every industry, I thought there might be some better tools available in compensation to assist with market pricing or basic analysis. The report library in MarketPay leaves a lot to be desired (and the report library is also one area that is not very user-friendly). The price keeps going up, but the tool is largely the same as it was about 5 years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to manage all job and pricing data within one platform, even despite operating in many countries and multiple currencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We struggle with how they really help when it comes to survey participation, feel this was oversold when trying to obtain our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Puts all of our market data and employee data into one place.
Very simple survey submission once all jobs are matched.
AI for matching has been a great add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some reports are difficult to assimilate to. We have customized fields that make the reports a bit cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like MarketPay because it holds our employee information, which makes it easy to do quick analyses. It also has the ability to load pertinent data for salary surveys, which would help to complete them much more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes their reporting tools don't really work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
