ProcureDesk has been amazing at answering questions and making sure we understand the system. The system takes a little bit of understanding but with our weekly cadence calls we have grasped a better understanding on how each part of the system works. The ProcureDesk team is eager to grow and develop a robust system prepared to grow with our company. There are lots of little quirks in the system but as you work with the team they make it easier to understand. The speed at which I am able to process invoices is unprecedented. Not only can it link to my inbox to draft invoices, but I can edit multiple lines of account coding at once. The approval process for managers is also a breeze. Customer services is also excellent! I usually have any issues resolved the same day I bring them up to the support team. The set up and integration with our other finance system was extremely quick with minimum roadblocks. I use ProcureDesk every day, and I would not go back to the old system we used to have. One of the things I like best about ProcureDesk is its user friendly interface, which makes it easy to create, approve and track purchase orders. The system is customizable, allowing us to tailor workflows to our specific needs, ensuring efficiency and compliance with our purchasing policies. Most helpful aspect is the automated approvals save time and reduce manual follow-ups, making the entire purchasing process more efficient. Additionally, the integration with our accounting software is wonderful! I think the biggest upside to ProcureDesk is the control and transparency it brings to procurement. It helps reduce errors and improves budget management. The reporting structure enables better decision making. The punchout catalogs are probably the best feature in my opinion. One thing I dislike about ProcureDesk is the user interface. It can sometimes feel unintuitive when setting up custom workflows. The least helpful aspect is the occasional lag in system responsiveness. One downside of ProcureDesk is the learning curve for new user, especially since the new Ui rolled out. The tops things about ProcureDesk are ease of use, customer support, and adaptability of the platform. I do not have an accounting background, but I was able to easily use this platform. Since it is a newer product, there are some bugs or slower process flows that need to be evaluated. However, the team at ProcureDesk is always willing to help and constantly asks for feedback. I like how simple it is to reconcile invoices to received orders. I like how easy it is to tell when there's a problem, and to fix it is most of the time easy and straight forward. I also like how easy it was to integrate several different entities into one system.

I wish the line items were easier to input. In other systems I've used, you've been able to type right into text boxes on the PO screen and you don't need to open up another window. Opening up a new window for every line item gets annoying and time consuming when you have a 20-30 line item PO. I know you have the "edit multiple lines" button, but a lot of times the lines can be very different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ProcureDesk is a powerful platform which make the procurement and payable process easy to handle and smoothen the process. I personally used it with Microsoft Business Central, and the amazing part was the smooth integration.
It’s easy to track the and controll all the POs and invoices processed through ProcureDesk.

Ease of operation, ability to check status of orders, great system of checks and balances. The integration to our accounting software makes things seamless and smooth.
