I find the service catalog and reporting features in OpenText SRC to be the most useful. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to submit, track, and manage service requests. What do you like best about OpenText Service Request Center (SRC)?

Micro Focus Service Request Center is helpful for raising service request regarding access to any device or server or any dev environment. It is also very helpful for getting connected to IT team who can provide solution to your queries. SRC provides one common platform to get software and hardware services for individual user. What do you like best about OpenText Service Request Center (SRC)?

I like the service catalog and reporting module the best in this product. Other features are useful as much as these are I'm sure but I am mostly interacting with and handle that part of the product. It was very flexible to deploy this module for the very basic structure of the company to enterprise. You can always choose very easily from the various icon or can create your own represent services in the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Service Request Center (SRC)?

Microfocus products are very rare and helpful to enterprise business-critical applications, but one thing they are lacking is the documentation or administration guides to help understand the product features and deployments. If you are not having a depth of knowledge in IT services it won't be possible for you to build their products. There should be demos and videos tutorials from a Jr. Admin to Sr. Admins. I like how easy it is to open a ticket. At another shop, I used HPSM, and it was slow and took a lot more information to open a ticket Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
