I like the service catalog and reporting module the best in this product. Other features are useful as much as these are I'm sure but I am mostly interacting with and handle that part of the product. It was very flexible to deploy this module for the very basic structure of the company to enterprise. Microfocus products are very rare and helpful to enterprise business-critical applications, but one thing they are lacking is the documentation or administration guides to help understand the product features and deployments. If you are not having a depth of knowledge in IT services it won't be possible for you to build their products. There should be demos and videos tutorials from a Jr. Admin to Sr. Admins.
