504 Mighty Networks Reviews

We've been using Mighty Networks for a couple of years now to power our FlyingHighCrypto community, and it’s been a game-changer. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and perfect for building a tight-knit, engaged audience. We love how easy it is to host content, design courses, and create meaningful discussions all in one place. The platform is a huge plus for our members, and the support team has always been responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Mighty Networks to anyone serious about building a community around their brand! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have yet to come across any potential complaints or road blocks regarding the software or the team. We are very happy with the service we pay for so far... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've tried many community platforms and it was the educational materials and community building guidance that Mighty Networks provided before I even started to build the community that streamlined the process and set me up for success. Mighty Networks understands people and the psychology behind groups achieving progress toward shared goals better than any other platform I've tried. And that's a hugely important piece of the community building challenge, the MOST important piece in my opinion. The old features keep getting continuously updated and new one's added and the refinements are all focused on creating enduring connections between members, which is my goal. The platform is not focused on top down, one to many, classroom style instruction, but rather optimized to allow relatively modest amounts of useful content to be engaged many to many, with members cross-pollinating their growth, gains, and progress in a way that's highly compelling and social. At a logistical level there are tons of features, tools, methods of sharing content, ways to customize the platform to member needs that are flexible, intuitive and allowed me to just start building from day one. My members got the hang of connected with each other and material easily and quickly. The payment systems integrate easily with Stripe and my created plans, custom domain was simple, and honestly there's just tons of functionality that just works. The branding tools for imagery and color are robust and make my community look beautiful and professional. Again, not hard to use. There is member gamification being rolled out now, with streaks and leaderboards coming, and recognitions already in place, although the simple streak feature seems to be the most effective in my observation with respect to bringing members back. I could go on, but I'm thrilled with the amount of thought and dedication the team is putting to the development of their tools, and especially feel I'm in the right place whenever I attend a summit or hear the founder speak. It's all about connecting people for them, and that's what's important to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that support tickets were answered more quickly. They have a lot of networks to support, so I get that they're working as quickly as possible with a queue of tickets, but it's hard when I'm stuck on something to wait 1 - 3 days for an initial response and then sometimes longer for a fix. Although support staff have been uniformly friendly and helpful. Additionally, they have their own Chatbot trained on the platform and often it provides instant answers that are accurate and helpful, so that's great, but if it can't solve my problem I'm into a wait to move forward. The notification system for member activity is tough to navigate and get right. I've had trouble with the member tagging within content where members who are tagged are not notified unless a separate DM is sent. Not ideal. I've been asked by support to document the problem, which is fair, they need details to investigate, but there are so many moving parts and variables to the issue that it's a daunting project all on its own to track down and document the issue, especially because it occurs between members and I have to collect member experience and screenshots to resolve it. I’ve been working with developers for over 6 months to try and create a custom forum for our website. The developers could not ever get notifications to work properly and the whole thing just had a dated look to it. We tried Mighty Networks for an Emerging Leaders group and realized it had the capability to not only solve our forums issue but also to be so much more. This platform has served to connect the members of our co-op from Alaska, all the way to Florida. The notification options are exactly what we were looking for and it came with the added benefit of being able to access the network through an app! What had previously taken over 6 months took less than a week to implement with Mighty Networks. Our members are thrilled and absolutely love this handy new tool! It can be a little difficult to find things like metrics. Cohost is a big help though. Some people have issues with their own notifications but I have not noticed that issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Mighty Networks is leaning into AI, but still focusing on the human side of community. There's constantly news about updates or opportunities for training or improving our community. Leaving comments in the Host community gets prompt replies with thoughtful answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The number of plans, and possible feature overlap can be overwhelming. I'd love to see a simplification of the plans. The same issue with plans you choose to be a member leaks into the community you run, it can be difficult to pick the right features or know what you're offering your customers... and then THEY get the same confusion you had when you signed up. The automations and the ability to create various spaces for your people whether its a place to communicate or course to learn from. The ai works really well too. Building your base layer community and course is very easy. It's also useful for the members to have their community and course all in one app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The sales pages/checkout carts are too simple. They don't provide the features that many sites like thrivecart or samcart provide, so you end up having to use external carts, which makes it harder for everything to work together. There is also not a good sales reporting dashboard. Really not made for anyone that needs to track their kpis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think overall the product and platform are great. I'm new, still working through some of the set-up so I can't say fully if it's great or not, but I certainly see the potential in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I could use better support. I'm working on something where I'm trying to transfer something I've had working with clickfunnels & teachable for 6+ months already, and getting it to transition over to MN isn't as smooth as I would like.
I have challenges with zapier integrations, invites etc. and getting someone on a live chat to actually speak to is hard. I would literally pay someone for a 1:1 session to help me work through this to speed up the process... but that doesn't seem available.
I'm used to support from clickfunnels which is amazing so that part of things is frustrating right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In looking for a more effective platform for building my membership community, I discovered Mighty Networks. I signed up for and attended the 14-day Plan conducted through People Magic. Their approach is to sequentially help you to formulate a foundation for a membership by first clarifying intentions and anchoring concepts that become part of my program. While I struggle a little with some technology (on all platforms), I discovered that Mighty Networks anticipated people like me and created an AI program built exclusively for Mighty Networks called CoHost. Because this resource is built from the successes of others in the program, it offers specific help in navigating a new system. I have learned a lot, grown more confident, and am progressively building out my membership program. I strongly appreciate the resources of Mighty Network. I have a bit of a challenge in learning how to use new technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that Mighty Network had many different levels that targeted everyone from beginner to already having an established business. I was able to come in at a basic package and build without the stress of making a huge financial commitment.
I also appreciate all of the support that was made available. Starting with Mighty Network's 14-day challenge helped to take away the overwhelm and fear of staring something new, away.
I am excited that even in this small time that I have been with Mighty Networks that I am seeing that they are listening to their customers and striving to make this platform the best that it can be.
This platform was exactly what I was looking for to start a supportive community where I could also offer courses and that it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only complaint that I have is that a lot of the resources to help understand the platform and the features can be hard to understand.
I also wish that the live feature in the community had the option between formats like a zoom call where I could see and communicate with my clients and like a webinar (which already exists in the community). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mighty Networks excels as a customizable, platform for building online communities, with a strong emphasis on engagement and support. Its seamless onboarding, intuitive interface, and excellent customer service make it a top choice, its holistic approach and versatility stand out, earning it high marks from users. For community creators seeking a robust, all in one solution, Mighty Networks is a compelling option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup process can feel awkward and unintuitive, especially when creating or tweaking membership plans. For users who aren’t tech savvy, the interface can be a challenge to navigate, making it harder to get started quickly. This clunkiness also pops up in customising community features, where flexibility sometimes sacrifices ease of use.
It falls short on broader integration options. We have to depend on a variety of third party tools, like CRM systems and marketing automation software, and find it restrictive. This can disrupt workflows and limit how well it fits into your existing tech stack.
It isn’t cheap, and its pricing can feel steep for small communities or creators just starting out. The cost might not justify the value if you don’t need all its features, making it less appealing for those on a tight budget or testing the waters with community building.
There isn't a feature to create a sign up for a specific space in my community, and that would be really helpful to be able to invite someone with an opt out capability in a specific space and collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can have different spaces for each of my courses that needs a community, all in one platform. Members can view a feed (like facebook) which is useful if they're in more than one group.
The community has evolved so much during the years I've used it that it's hard to pick just one thing.
I guess what I like best is that they are continuously adding to and improving it making it even more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be harder to get your people to come there regularly as they're so used to Facebook. But once they figure out how to use it they do like it better because there are no distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
