509 Mighty Networks Reviews

I appreciate that Mighty Network had many different levels that targeted everyone from beginner to already having an established business. I was able to come in at a basic package and build without the stress of making a huge financial commitment.
I also appreciate all of the support that was made available. Starting with Mighty Network's 14-day challenge helped to take away the overwhelm and fear of staring something new, away.
I am excited that even in this small time that I have been with Mighty Networks that I am seeing that they are listening to their customers and striving to make this platform the best that it can be.
This platform was exactly what I was looking for to start a supportive community where I could also offer courses and that it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only complaint that I have is that a lot of the resources to help understand the platform and the features can be hard to understand.
I also wish that the live feature in the community had the option between formats like a zoom call where I could see and communicate with my clients and like a webinar (which already exists in the community). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mighty Networks excels as a customizable, platform for building online communities, with a strong emphasis on engagement and support. Its seamless onboarding, intuitive interface, and excellent customer service make it a top choice, its holistic approach and versatility stand out, earning it high marks from users. For community creators seeking a robust, all in one solution, Mighty Networks is a compelling option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup process can feel awkward and unintuitive, especially when creating or tweaking membership plans. For users who aren’t tech savvy, the interface can be a challenge to navigate, making it harder to get started quickly. This clunkiness also pops up in customising community features, where flexibility sometimes sacrifices ease of use.
It falls short on broader integration options. We have to depend on a variety of third party tools, like CRM systems and marketing automation software, and find it restrictive. This can disrupt workflows and limit how well it fits into your existing tech stack.
It isn’t cheap, and its pricing can feel steep for small communities or creators just starting out. The cost might not justify the value if you don’t need all its features, making it less appealing for those on a tight budget or testing the waters with community building.
There isn't a feature to create a sign up for a specific space in my community, and that would be really helpful to be able to invite someone with an opt out capability in a specific space and collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can have different spaces for each of my courses that needs a community, all in one platform. Members can view a feed (like facebook) which is useful if they're in more than one group.
The community has evolved so much during the years I've used it that it's hard to pick just one thing.
I guess what I like best is that they are continuously adding to and improving it making it even more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be harder to get your people to come there regularly as they're so used to Facebook. But once they figure out how to use it they do like it better because there are no distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mighty Networks is simple and intuitive. There are plug and play options as well as combinations of features and enhancements that can be turned on in a toggle-switch. The Strategy Options behind HOW you want to run your community is endless and keeps community members engaged. The team at Mighty is friendly and down to earth - they GET what you need and HOW to pull it off, and that's important in a community software that you notice the changes are coming and enhancements are made FROM the other community founders - the ECOSYSTEM of Community Needs builds the Community - it's a beautiful energy of founders helping founders. Every Community in Mighty Networks looks and feels differently, so it can be a little disorienting to log into so many different communities and FIND your way around. Sometimes I call it an "organized google drive of folders" and you have to really get to know the AUHOR/FOUNDER's vision for the layout in order to navigate your way around. Talking to the same people in 10+ places can take some time to get used to as a new member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I liked that the training was thorough and free. I learned quite a bit about the platform prior to becoming a member. The staff is amazing and willing to help. They consistently provide upgrades based on member feedback. I am happy with MN and have recommended it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features are not available on the lowest plan, the Community plan. I wish there were some automations available. I understand costs, but a few would be nice to have. I also wish member profiles could be viewable or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm a Private Investigator, so believe me when I say that I did extensive research before choosing Mighty Networks as the platform for the community of female PIs that I founded.
I've been using Mighty for several years now, and it just keeps getting better. It's private and secure. I own my content. Nothing leaves the community. It's comprehensive; I can create unlimited spaces, threads, courses, go live, chat, and so much more. If you can think of anything else you need, it's easily integrated. It does so many things that creating on it can be confusing, despite very good support staff, help files, and community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started using MN nearly 3 years ago when we were looking for an LMS that could integrate with a community of practice. We were really struggling to develop an appropriate business model that integrated the two, and was easy to use. We had been working with another product and we had problems uploading a video on that product. We did a small trial with MN, and within 2 days, had a great looking, functioning platform. So - best things are it is really easy to use and get started with, if you use any kind of web interface or normal word document formatting, the uploading of normal content (word, videos, documents, presentations) is super easy. The integrations with events and the set up of the platform is logical and easy to use.
We went to Path to Pro and have now got the Business Plan - customer service is fabulous with both.
Oh - and the user metrics are easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once users are 'in' the system it is easy to navigate, but we've had some feedback that the sign-in process is a little cumbersome (that could be our systems and the way we're using MN).
The main problem is that once you've uploaded information, it can't easily be downloaded again - there is no single, simple way to get all of your content 'off' the platform once it's there.
There is no way to recover information if you accidentally delete it. For instance, a 'screen shift' meant I accidentally deleted a lesson which I had no way to recover, except to re-write. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Mighty Networks is how seamlessly it combines content, community, and connection in one platform.
We’re not just delivering content—we’re creating a movement. Mighty allows us to host powerful conversations, run live Zoom calls, build out structured small group cohorts, and give our members a true sense of belonging. Features like topic-based groups, private messaging, and course integration help us guide people from inspiration to activation in a relational and scalable way. Wow—this is tough, because I really do love Mighty so much. It’s been a game-changer for our community. That said, there are a few things I’d love to see improved.
I wish there was more flexibility in customizing parts of the user interface to really make it feel like our own. Sometimes the app can be a bit glitchy or slow, especially for mobile users, and there’s definitely a learning curve—both for members and for hosts. It takes a little time to get oriented, especially if someone’s never been in a platform like this before.
But honestly, even with those quirks, I’d choose Mighty again in a heartbeat. The community-building tools are unmatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like best about Mighty is the ability to own my own audience, send push notifications via the app, and foster real connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No app is perfect, and there are always tweaks and features that I would like to have. The biggest downside to the platform is that there is a slight learning curve to understand how things work. Once you get the hang of it, it makes sense, but unfortunately most people don't have the ability to focus on figuring out a new platform, so unless you have a very intentional plan to engage new members, they will easily revert back to more familiar platforms. Mighty is great because it’s simple to navigate, you can’t get lost on it! If you need help there are amazing tech specialists only a message away that get back to you instantly through ai or in person within 72 hrs at first and then once you’re chatting it’s super fast almost instant replies to get the answers results and advice from such wonderful people. Plus they are open to suggestions it’s really a place for community and evolvement!!
I’ve been using this platform for about 4 months and it just keeps getting better and better, I’m so looking forward to where it’s going! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ahh there’s nothing I dislike! Only have been slow parts where the site catching up to meet our minds like load times or connection speed but hey that’s all a reflection of us!! Where there’s a will there’s a way! Im very grateful of how it’s unfolding! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
