1. Intellicus has been helpful with smartview feature which are easy to load and better data restriction with parameter application.

1. pixel perfect reports take time to build and are much complex to put efforts.
2. users have faced access issues (access for role and parameter was given still no data was showing)
3. after each update we have to ask the team of 100+ people to clear cache which is a cumbersome process).
4. In a lot of cases the customer support does not respond imediately and thus strenous effort needs to be put in that area.

Without any IT support, it creates reports and connect with multiple databases, which makes data integration easier. It has feature to run reports as auto and it's ETL capabilities enable to user to load data from different sources quickly. Also the security features are useful as needed.
