What do you like best about Helpdesk 365?

Big thing is now Helpdesk365 is available on Microsoft teams aswell, which created a big impact changes.

The UI interface is very easy to use and understand. Also available in many languages.

Assign every ticket to teams and we have Aa option to view to improve performance etc.

We can use this ticketing system tools for IT, HR and another office client request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helpdesk 365?

No major dislike, But somethime it's takes time to generate tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Helpdesk 365?

It is easy to find historical tickets and manage individual tickets. Once the system is setup, it is easy to maintain. Customer service has been responsive to our issues and prompt in resolving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helpdesk 365?

The UI can at times behave unexpectedly, either freezing or breaking until the page is reloaded. I haven't been able to find any reports showing info like who creates the most tickets, or which agents are closing tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
