What do you like best about greytHR?

What I like best about greytHR is its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy for both HR teams and employees to navigate. Features like automated payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management have significantly reduced manual work and errors. The mobile app is also a big plus—it allows employees to mark attendance, apply for leave, and access payslips on the go. What do you dislike about greytHR?

One thing that could be better is the attendance tracking. There have been times when employees say they’ve logged in and logged out properly, but their attendance doesn’t get recorded. This leads to some confusion and extra follow-up for the HR team. It would be great if the system could be a bit more reliable or if there were clearer logs to track what went wrong. What do you like best about greytHR?

The best part of greytHR is that it is very easy to use and efficient. It helps in end to end payroll management, accurate calculations and compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESI, and TDS.

Also its Employee self service facility helps employees to access their payslips, leave balances, attendance records which reduces the workload of my HR. What do you dislike about greytHR?

The main aspect I dislike about greytHR is the limited customization options available. Additionally, updating employee salary details requires recalculating each time, which, while understandable as a necessary process, feels time-consuming. What do you like best about greytHR?

What do you like best about greytHR?

Its extensive feature set and user friendly UI streamline HR processes. Processes like payroll management, attendence tracking, and personal data administration are all made much more efficient by the program. its easy to use,intuitiveness, and reductionof manual labor make it very advantageous for both HR employees. The mobile app's ability to link with various regulatory requirments and provide access when traveling in other signification benefit. It has best customer support. A potential drawback of greytHR is its learning curve, as it takes time to get familiarized with the functions or feature available.Report generation is often cumbersome, with limited customization options and difficulty in generating reports quickly. Integration with third-party access applications(Biometric) also pose challenges.Raising concerns during weekdays often leads to receiving calls for resolution on the weekend, which can be inconvenient and disrupt personal time, especially when immediate attention is needed during business hours. What do you dislike about greytHR?

The existing arrangement involves data being collected from biometric machines through a third-party application, such as SQL. If SQL fails to retrieve the data, GreytHR cannot display swipe information. A more reliable approach could be to establish direct communication between GreytHR and the biometric machines to eliminate the intermediary and ensure seamless data flow. What do you like best about greytHR?

You can track all the HR related things via the same portal with just one click away, if it is about leave apply to salary tracking and payslips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about greytHR?

In our Organiztion our punching system is integrated with greythr, but sometimes the punchin timings reflacts in greythr portal but the attendance for the same day isn't tracked. So we have manually regularise it through our line manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about greytHR?

Before greytHR we have been relying on consulting services for manging process automation. There were numerous challenges in employee info documentation, payroll and leave management. Today we are happy with the solution provided - payroll and leave management. Support is also too good. As a professional, I find greytHR easy to use, and reliable. What do you like best about greytHR?

I am using greytHR for more than an year now and I believe it as a one stop solution for HR management. It gives you a simplified view for all your HR related activiies. It eases payroll cycle and all payroll related activities such as getting IT Statement, doing IT Declaration, adding Proof of Investments and downloading payslips. It gives you an enhanced experience for leave management, attendence tracking and claiming expenses.

It gives you facility of SSO login via Google, Linkedin and Facebook which makes it easier to login and no need to remember another set of creds to remember for your Payroll portal.

Gives you a great user-friendly interface that even a non-technical person can easily use the tool very efficiently. This saves a lot of time for IT Admin, Finance and HR team so that they can focus on other activities giving a very transparent view of all your activities.
