As a shipping agent I always feel diificulties while making documentation and I used various softwares to made data but had issues with learning the easiness of the product so I tried using this software and it actually helped me in the way I was looking for , It provides lot of options to make our selection and makes my work flow smooth. I hardly face any issues and trouble while using this Software. I use it everyday for multiple shipments and it keeps my documents safe and understandable in every aspect. I would love to refer this platform to every single friend or colleague from logistics field. I have been using this particular platform for quite a long time and i must admit to the fact that it is too good and very professional software. It is fast and most reliable software. Aljex is one of the best TMS system micropoint feature is too good (helps tracking effectively). We can easily make our rate confirmation here with complete trucking compnay's as well as the customer's information. I more frequently use the Classic version of Aljex than Vision. The commands and usage of the feature are a little more complicated to understand and remember while using Classic when installed initially. Aljex does make the booking and tracking truck process easier. The colors are easy to tell the difference in statuses and it is easy to use. Because we use this software everyday, it has become an easier process overall.

While the process is easier, this seems like a work in progress. We have had multiple issues with overall slowness with the product, and while customer support has helped us, there are still some things that remain overall not what we want. We still don't have the rate confirmation changes we asked for, we still struggle with overall slowness, and we thought these are things we would have solved after over a year of implementation. Upon getting this software, we were told there are things that we should be able to utilize, but the split screen option still doesn't work well, multiple shipments mix up money, and there are just too many outages when updates come out. Every update seems to slow down Aljex, to a point where one morning we had to use the beta version, which worked well as a placeholder, but is something that shouldn't happen. The integration capabiities it has makes seamlessy connection with accounting and operatuons. for real life access to financial data and shipments.

As an accountant, the customizable reports Aljex has makes it very insightful for me to make analyzes department reports whether its for accounting or operations.

Occasioal sync issues were a problem, some techical updates made some pre existing processess more complicated or we had to shift to a different system just for that feauture. (Aljex Classic)

That sometimes you need to save your pro# a lot of times to make more changes to the same pro#, for example, if i am adding a leg, and adding the pick up time, i need to save the pick up time first or it will not let me add the leg, it just takes a couple seconds and you get used to it but it would be good if we would be able to update everything and save it once without any problem. I wish Aljex would have a phone directory for each carrier, so you just hit in contacts and the whole list with names and numbers that belong to the carrier (dispatch, drivers, etc) would expand and can be filled out in the field.

It would be nice if also you can open separated loads in separated tabs within Aljex not in the browser. Customer Support on weekends takes a bit longer, not sure if they have 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

wish it forced completion of fields. We have some incomplete entries and when folks just keep recreating the loads - fields are blank that would be helpful for the users to have.
