I use it daily to scrub numbers and do cold calling, so this is my to-go tool every day. Its easy to use, has a simple format (so it doesnt require much internet data). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing at all, I have no complaints. As I mentioned before this is my to-go tool everyday and so far it hasnt stopped working (ive been using it for 2 months now). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scrubbing numbers is very important, I cannot address enough the need to scrub every number for cold calling purposes, so contact center compliance has helped me make sure that the numbers I call are not part of the DNC list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Resetting my credentials. It takes a lot of effort to send a request via email instead of using the chat support. Make the option available through the chat app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
