The setup pricing can be a little high especially for smaller businesses. Some advanced feature requires additional liscensing. some workflows may not be configurable without coding knowledge. premium support plans may be necessary for urgent issue resolution. What do you like best about Anywhere365?

It is user friendly and affordable software with lots of feature.

It is Integerated with Office 365.

We are able to add Unlimited Agents in you contact center.

Provides open API graphical proagmming environment.

I have observed that there are plans category . All features are not available in all plans which might be furstrating. Besides I found it very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scenario- We were getting a large no. of customers enquiry through various channels including phone calls ,live chat and queries from social media. We wants to provide excellent customer support with efficiently managing these interactions.

Solution- 1) Uinfied Communication : We setup Anywhere 365 to integerate all modes of channels into a single platform including calls, chats, social media messages.

2) Effective Routing : Technical questions are directed to specialized team, while simple enquires got to agents with expertiest in that area.

3) Integeration to CRM :Anyhwere365 easily integerated with company CRM , through which agents are easily fetching the History details of order and customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Anywhere365?

No extra device application configuration is required, we could easily integrate our skype. Includes on the tab Phone Call authorization in-pane call control network. Providing absolute smooth customer experience with the operator and manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Anywhere365?

It can produce right dialogues to the right customers with quality and it can be integrated with different on market chat services and one of it is the Skype for business. This helps an agent to approach a customer with right content and understand what they require.
