41 AutogenAI Reviews

The ability to toggle on and off to different libraries; creative, internet and internal is really beneficial so you can always be sure you are pulling in the correct information and avoid hallucinations. The training and personal interaction that comes with engagement in the software has been first class and really helps to fast track its usage. The team is also always open to suggestions to add options to the software which aids with use and integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system has a lot of options. This is great in that all of them have a reason and use purpose, however it can sometimes be difficult to get a polished finished product without extensive use and finding the correct flow. The research tool demonstrated to us the other day should massively help with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a Bid Manager/Consultant, AutogenAI is the only Bid Management platform that I continue to use. Whilst most platforms have very specific use cases or are targeted toward larger internal teams - Autogen's tools and workflows are genuinely improving my (and clients') bid development in terms of speed and quality. The Library is one of the most useful (and comprehensive) that I've found to date. The design shows that they have actually worked with bid writers/managers.
The team at Autogen are also genuinely invested in listening to customer feedback and improving or adding features. It's validating to have personally provided feedback and then see that change in the next update cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Basic writing tools are still Autogen's biggest challenge. The on-system document editor doesn't hold a candle to Word or other industry standard tools. The result is that I still tend to ideate/research on the platform, then shift out to Word, then come back for review cycles etc.
It can take some time to set up your company and workflows - as it does with any other platform. Making sure you structure your Library is a key part of this - and the interface for that is still clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The core tools allow us to cut out much unnecessary work around reducing word counts, sourcing library material for build responses around. Research assistant makes it easy to add credible, external sources to support our arguments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Interface between different tools could be more joined up. Layout of the training academy is a bit clunky, and I often had to keep going back to the main menu after each course. More use of colour in the layout would make it appear more attractive and easier to remember which tool is which. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best aspect of AutogenAI is its ability to streamline complex processes into manageable tasks, significantly boosting productivity. Its user-friendly interface makes it accessible for users of all skill levels, ensuring that anyone can benefit from its features. Additionally, the accuracy and speed of AutogenAI's output are remarkable, saving time and reducing errors in workflows. The tool's adaptability to various industries is also a major advantage, making it a versatile solution for numerous business challenges. Overall, the efficiency and reliability of AutogenAI make it an invaluable asset.
Amazing customer support network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the main issues is its inability to consistently engage in feedback loops, leading to unreliable outcomes.
Also the toolbar tracking when your trying to highlight paragraphs of work can drive you mad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about AutogenAI is its Bid Library functionality—with the ability to lock down sensitive content or open it up to a wider audience, we can ensure both security and collaboration. I also love the new AskAI tool for instant, AI‑powered insights, and our dedicated Success Manager, James, who’s enhanced the overall user experience through prompt support and tailored training. I don’t dislike AutogenAI—though it can feel a bit clunky compared to more mature AI tools, it’s a very new product, so I’m confident that updates and refinements will come through fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our experience with the AutogenAI platform has been positive. The functionality is both intuitive and powerful, enabling our team to generate high-quality, contextually relevant bid and proposal responses with remarkable speed. The ability to tailor outputs to specific tones, formats, and technical requirements has significantly reduced the time we spend on first drafts, freeing up our specialists to focus on strategic content and final refinement.
User support has been outstanding, with responsive and knowledgeable advisors who understand both the technology and the pressures of bid delivery environments. Their onboarding and training resources were clear and accessible, allowing us to gain immediate value from the platform.
Notably, AutogenAI has helped us to expedite our response times considerably—what previously took days can now be accomplished in hours. This agility has proven vital in fast-turnaround opportunities and allowed us to manage multiple submissions more efficiently without compromising on quality. This is not a negative for AutogenAI but all AI platforms. Re-training bid specialists/professionals in using these type of platforms is challenging however, once trained, even the most staunch bid writer is able to see the benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Autogen is the most impactful tool for bid writers that I have ever experienced. It is a feature-rich product that is constantly being developed and improved - we honestly can't keep up with the functionality. Their support, service and training is second to none - I have had an outstanding experience engaging with their team. They are highly responsive, and I have seen my feedback go directly into product development. Adoption and integration for our team has been simple and the product is highly intuitive - new users can benefit from it immediately. I can't imagine taking on the task of writing a bid without this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have only minor quibbles (such as the use of US English) that really don't detract from day-to-day use - and they are things that the team has committed to improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest game-changer for me has been the sheer speed and efficiency AutogenAI brings to writing proposals. What used to take days now takes hours — sometimes less. It's genuinely impressive how well the AI adapts to the kind of language and tone I need, especially for formal or government-style bids. The content feels polished and professional, and more often than not, it actually sounds like something I would have written myself (but faster and better organised). If I had to pick something, I’d say the interface could use a bit of streamlining. There are a few too many windows and menus to click through, and sometimes I feel like I’m doing a little too much navigation to get where I want to go. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something I hope they refine in future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A very helpful AutogenAI feature is its document library. This is incredibly useful for several reasons, including the ability to quickly draw on information contained therein, as well as having a single knowledge repository which is accessible by all users across the business (although it can also handily be access-controlled). Although other AI tools (such as Copilot) can also be manipulated to work in a similar way with a document repository (such as a folder), AutogenAI appears to have the edge when working with a very large number of documents as its output quality tends to remain consistent.
As AutogenAI calls on several LLMs to formulate its output, I consider it the best product to use for AI text generation. For me, this is one of the reasons to always have it open and available to use daily, even for more menial tasks.
Whenever I have had any issues and reached out to the service desk, the response has also been rapid and personal. There is nothing to fault with this aspect of the whole experience. Indeed, the allocated customer service representative will continue to engage with me until they are confident my issue has been resolved.
As it is browser-based, I am also able to log into AutogenAI via my phone.
This has been very handy when out and about or any other time I have no access to my computer.
This also makes it very easy for new users to implement it into their daily work, with little to no intervention required by the corporate IT team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main drafting area of AutogenAI has been designed deliberately to not include a conversational interface. This means that each prompt essentially delivers new output which is not based on previously generated text. I appreciate this is a design choice, but I believe having this as conversational and being able to refer back to specific parts of previously generated text would be very useful.
Indeed, this can now be done as part of the latest iteration of the Research Assistant feature which has proven itself to have completely transformed the quality of output from this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The range of features which are bundled as a complete package with no tiered approach to subscriptions. They are constantly tweaking and upgrading the software so never go stale like other off the shelf products. Their account teams are regularly catching up with us to check how we're getting on with the software and sending us newsletters about recent updates and webinars. Nothing that I can think of. The onboarding process took a little longer than expected but this is intentional so they can ensure the software meets all our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
