Splashtop provides a real desktop experience as though you are sitting right in front of the computer. There is very little lag to speak of, you have the ability to transfer files from your computer to the remote or vice versa, and you even can print using the Splashtop Remote Printer.

I have been using Splashtop Remote Support for several years now. I use it to quickly remote into a user's computer and resolve issues or provide direction on how to do something.
