Tribble pulls together all of our disparate security documentation and distills it into an AI that can help us to very quickly generate accurate responses to security questionnaires. Since using Tribble time spent on completing InfoSec questionnaires has drastically decreased. I love the fact that it combines multiple data sources. The most time spent now is only on reviewing the content exported from Tribble. I am very impressed with the fast and accurate answers that it provides.

Tribble has versality and meets my team where they work. Most of our team prefer interacting with the Slack agent to quickly get answers to questions based on the internal documentation we've uploaded to the Tribble brain. Others like the browser plug-in for responding to RFPs and security questionnaires.
I've also found Ray and Sunil extraordinarily accessible as a founding team. As an admin, I collect feedback from my team's 20+ users and Ray has helped us formulate a pilot scope to optimize Tribble for a few upfront use cases. Tribble’s ability to quickly absorb information from our external systems and integrate into responses has been a game-changer for our infosecurity efficiency. What I like most about Tribble is that I can access this information at any time in a Slack chat. The intelligence is not locked up in another application that I need to download or login to. I regularly pull my team into conversations with Tribble as an opportunity for learning, and we’ve seen a consistent growth in adoption over the past two months. No dislikes so far, although I will say that interacting with conversational AI is a relatively unfamiliar concept for the team, so it takes a few interactions to get used to the prompting.
