The Sprinto platform made it easy to understand what information was required to complete our audit preparation. Their internal documentation was comprehensive and their team was quite responsive to any problems which popped up along the way. It would have been helpful to have a visualization of the overall timeline beyond the percentage completion and task list. Just showing the major milestones and how far we'd advanced along that path. That said, I was able to keep track of this through the Sprinto dashboard info and through asking questions of the Sprinto team, and Googling. So it wasn't really a prohibitive thing in any way. What I love most about Sprinto is how it takes the headache out of compliance! It connects easily with tools we already use—like Azure and DocuSign—and automates all the boring stuff like evidence collection and task tracking. I like Sprinto a lot, but it’s not perfect. but you might hit limits with how much you can tweak. Also, not everyone on our team is super techy, so setting things up or explaining tasks to non-IT folks took some extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Sprinto is very effective overall, integrating with certain third-party tools required more manual setup than expected and could benefit from improved self-service options. Additionally, while the platform is robust, customizing dashboards and reports to very specific team needs sometimes requires reaching out for support rather than doing it independently. Some controls are not picked up automatically from 3P providers. However, we have the ability to mark these controls manually. This is an incredibly minor issue, especially compared to the other providers we tried before Sprinto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our experiences with Sprinto have been extremely positive throughout the last year. One of the most noticeable advantages of implementing Sprinto has been how successfully it has helped us manage our SOC2 and VAPT compliance duties. We felt at ease using the platform because the Sprinto support staff was always helpful and responsive whenever we had any issues or questions.

This efficiency was notably useful in resolving compliance issues that were causing numerous firm agreements to be delayed. In short, Sprinto was critical in securing the success of these deals by negotiating compliance issues.

It's never been easier to understand our company's policies. Furthermore, the security training sessions are simple, and reporting our work gadgets is a breeze. For smaller organisations, some of the complex capabilities may be overkill and may complicate rather than streamline the compliance process.

It was great to see how much time can be saved using a platform with all these integrations into AWS, GitHub, and all my other tools. It just knows all the details, and I do not need to collect all the evidence manually. I am also thankful for the really great guidance from the team (Rahul Kolli and Pushkar Ranjan) and the fast reaction time that led to an amazing two weeks from the first contact to receiving the certificate from the external auditor. I was truly surprised at how easy it was to handle evidence collection, establish policies, and set up training programs. There was no need to gather information from countless company documents, infrastructure, or other services, no need to spend hours or days digging into minor details or waiting on the team to resolve issues — everything was automated and available in one place. It’s truly impressive.

All necessary integrations were already in place, and the Sprinto team was ready to provide custom integrations upon request.

Since it is integrated with our current HRIS, it is easy for us to add and remove employees, and it is easy for us to monitor who are lacking requirements, and the report and dashboards are very straightforward. The only thing we noticed is the turnaround time of the syncing, and whenever there's an update on the email address of the existing user in our HRIS , there will be an additional user that appears in Sprinto, but this is manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After reviewing a number of competitors, we decided that Sprinto fit the bill nicely for us. From the get-go, it was easy to get Sprinto to integrate with our existing systems.
