One of the strongest aspects of Sprinklr Social is its comprehensive, all-in-one platform that combines social listening capabilities with an agent customer management system and publishing tools. While powerful, Sprinklr Social is a notably complex tool. The implementation and roll-out process can be quite long. Additionally, there's a steep learning curve for new users, which makes the initial ramp-up period challenging and time-consuming. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I started my social media brand marketing career in 2018 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and it's been the same social media management software I've used since then. I moved to MGMRI in 2021 and they used the same software, making my transition seamless. I believe it is the best social media software for large businesses, especially for social care and reporting. Social media managers have the widest variety of job duties: from customer care to content conception, creation, strategy and analysis. Sprinklr is an excellent tool to make social managers' lives a bit easier with automated reports and content and social care organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

MGMRI is a large enterprise and we have A TON of content in SAM and Social Care. It can run slow and feel clunky at times, but no software is perfect. We use monday.com for calendar planning and project management, I do wish Sprinklr and monday.com could integrate so the content planning, review process and scheduling process was less duplicative. Our streamlined monthly reporting presentations are extremely helpful to share our monthly performance.

Social care is crucial — could you imagine having to respond to social users natively on each platform?

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

you need to have all of the modules in order to have a seamless experience. You have to become an expert user to really know what data you are actually getting/not getting. The "analyze" reporting doesn't have AI like the listening module does. So you can't easily use AI to tell you how your content is performing in the Sprinklr social module.

We have had a few different changes in reps - turnover seems high at sprinklr.

Lots of features - not sure people at sprinklr even knows how to use them. Innovating faster than they can teach the brands how to properly use the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

As a social media manager, I absolutely love Sprinklr Social! The all-in-one dashboard is a game-changer for me - no more jumping between different platforms all day.

The analytics are fantastic for tracking how our campaigns are performing, and the AI content suggestions have saved me so much time when I'm stuck on what to post.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

he learning curve is pretty steep - it took my team weeks to get comfortable with all the features and workflows.

The pricing is definitely on the higher end compared to other tools out there, which makes it hard to justify for smaller teams or agencies with tight budgets.

I find the user interface can be overwhelming sometimes - there are so many options and settings that it's easy to get lost or miss important features.

Customer support can be hit or miss. When we've had urgent issues, the response times weren't always great, which is frustrating when you're in the middle of a campaign crisis.

And while the analytics are powerful, creating custom reports can be unnecessarily complicated. I often find myself exporting data to build the specific reports my executives want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a social media manager, Sprinklr Social has been solving some major pain points for me! It's eliminated the fragmentation problem by bringing all our social channels into one place, which saves my team hours of switching between platforms.

The automated content scheduling and approval workflows have completely transformed how efficiently we work. Before, we were drowning in spreadsheets and email chains just to get posts approved.

The comprehensive social listening has been a game-changer for our customer response times. We're catching and addressing issues way faster than before, which has noticeably improved our customer satisfaction scores.

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

Sprinklr Social helps our marketing team to plan and schedule social media content across channels, as well as pull reports on organic social media performance. Actions can be taken in bulk, and content can be filtered by using custom tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

It is a rather technical tool, and it takes a while to get the hang of it. Setting up some workflows such as naming conventions and tags require a bit of thought and time, before they can be effectively used in reporting and filtering. I also still struggle with some metrics, especially when I want to see omnichannel reports, as the metric definitions per channel vary, and to see omnichannel data usually requires me to create a custom metric. I tend to use custom metrics also because sometimes when searching for metrics, the Sprinklr search function doesn't show all the metrics unless it is written exactly in the format as it appears on the platform, so that requires some back and forth between the platform and Sprinklr. So in a nutshell, finding the right metrics and pulling reports with correct data could be made more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are also able to engage with our customers via social more effectively thanks to Sprinklr. We can assign questions to the appropriate teams and workflows without even leaving the platform.
