We use SmartWinnr’s AI coaching for field certification process for both new product launch and new hire onboarding. The system allows us to drive:

Scenario-Based Learning: SmartWinnr presents scenarios relevant to the product, creating a dynamic learning environment that mirrors real-world situations.The platform shows a video examples recorded by my team, providing a practical demonstration. Using slides already loaded into the system, reps can conduct in-service presentations. Reps can rewatch their presentations, analyze their performance, and make improvements until they feel confident to submit. SmartWinnr offers our reps multiple opportunities to refine their pitch in a low-pressure environment. Knowing it's AI evaluating their submissions alleviates performance anxiety and encourages improvement. With each practice session, reps gain confidence in their abilities. They can approach HCP interactions with newfound assurance, knowing they've honed their pitch through rigorous practice and feedback.

Collaboration during virtual training: New hire cohorts have the oppertunity to get to know one another during the cirtual portion of their training with the use of Smartinnr coaching assignments.
