Showpad gives all of the content to your sales teams in a moments notice. I like how it searches through titles, descriptions, and even inside the content. Then, you can further filter by tags. Our sales team tells me how easy it is to find things. I also love that you can assign groups homepages so they can see what you want them to see when logging in. Lastly, the reporting is very valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that the formatting messes up in google sync with different Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets. I know Showpad uses Microsoft on the backend to publish content, but the formatting should be fixed as not all users have Microsoft office. I would also like to see the ability to use CSS to completely customize when users sign into Showpad to change the entire UI if desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Showpad provides many option when deciding how to organize your orgs content both externally and internally - which 3 different experience modes (ex:classic folder view, atom and mapper). I like to use a mix of them both depending on what is going to live in the experience. Tags help me organize content and the ability to design pages with how you want you content to flow on a page is great. Even better part is the reporting you get on both the internal and external side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the search feature in Showpad, it confuses our field at times because it pulls in everything with the words you are searching, we tried to add a tagging section on the search result page, but it isn't 100% helpful. Wish the search feature worked a little more like a google search engine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the trackability of Showpad and how easy it is to link content from our folders where content is saved and directly to Showpad where we can categorize and organize the content into themes. It's THE place we go for marketing and sales materials, which really helps us centralize content. The most impactful part of Showpad for me as PMM is the ability to upload sales enablement content and track engagement - how often is it being used and by who - and to generate feedback off of it. This validates whether or not the content is a hit or miss for different audiences and the ways to improve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have much to dislike about Showpad. As a PMM, I'm a secondary user of the platform (sales uses it more). It could be more streamlined of a web interface, but I have no serious complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Showpad is a great asset inventory solution that allows us to give the automony to our content teams to share content with our internal stakeholders as well as our external stakeholders. This solution has been fantastic in helping automate what was once some manual processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no downsides to the Showpad content however, the backend usability is a bit complicated and would benefit from being a little easier to navigate. The platform could be a little more intuitive but while I say that the intricacies are necessary so there is no need to rush innovation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many different use cases for Showpad - it has allowed us to create webpages (microsites) in an agile, responsive way; it provides invaluable feedback on how clients and customers are engaging with our content; and it adapts to different scenarios to share content in the easiest way for our users - on touchscreens, at events, in meetings, by email, and by URL. I would love more flexibility with the webpage design; but I do understand it needs to be easy enough for content owners to manage. A balance needs to be struck between ease-of-use and enhanced functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has great inspiration and gave us a lot of tools in content arrangement and learning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
customer service and poor partnership, they missed a lot of opportunities in helping us expand market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Showpad content is always available, even if I am in an area without cell service. Compared to competitors, it's user-friendly, can be picked up quickly, and isn't clunky. I also like how they constantly try to improve the app based on user experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes loading time is slow depending on the size of the asset. Storage space can be an issue, especially when it comes to videos. So I generally upload shorter videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the best parts of Showpad Content is its ability to provide a personalised and interactive experience for the end-user. With Showpad Content, sales reps can tailor their sales presentations to the specific needs and interests of each prospect or customer. The platform allows them to easily access and share a variety of content, including videos, images, and documents, all from a centralised location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I experience technical issues with Showpad Content, such as slow loading times. However, this is not a very common occurence. It doesn't happen frequently, and doesn't really concern me too much, but I needed to type something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently had the opportunity to explore and utilize Showpad, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer for sales enablement and engagement. Showpad's comprehensive platform offers an impressive range of features that not only streamline sales processes but also enhance collaboration and empower sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Showpad's pricing structure may be a deterrent for small businesses or organizations with limited budgets also showpad has Mobile App Limitations , as some users complained about occasional performance issues and a lack of certain features compared to the desktop version. I like that it's easy to share resources across the organization, where you can add tags for ease of access. I also like that there's an analytics tab that can be used to see what resources are being leveraged the most vs. those that aren't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a little challenging to navigate the interface without a demo; it isn't as self-explanatory. The UI is also tricky on the eyes and not as evident as what things mean and where things are located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
