I’m looking at marketing analytics software and trying to get a clear view of what’s helpful, not just what looks good on paper. I’ve pulled together some top-rated options from G2, mainly to give myself a starting point. Here’s what I’m currently considering:
Covers a lot in one place—automation, email, web tracking, and analytics. Suitable for teams that want to see campaign results without bouncing between platforms.
Seems especially strong for lead tracking. It connects forms, calls, and chats directly to sales outcomes, which could be helpful if you’re managing multiple inbound channels.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama)
I’ve used Salesforce tools before, but not this one. From what I’ve read, it’s solid for stitching data across multiple systems, especially for enterprise setups.
Tailored more for B2B use cases. Tracks how content, sessions, and user journeys lead to revenue. Looks promising if you’re working with longer funnels.
Focuses on revenue attribution and customer journeys. I’ve seen it mentioned a few times recently, but haven’t done a deep dive yet.
I’m open to other suggestions—especially if you’ve had a good experience with something not on this list. Thanks in advance!
