I read that question and genuinely thought "oh my God... What don't I love?"

I know how that sounds, but I'm serious.

Before I rant, I'll give a TLDR:

Use ScreenPal if you want...

My confession:

Before ScreenPal, for work, I would record in Teams and then use Clipchamp to edit. It was time consuming on account of their limited toolset and the fact you can't see the audio wavelengths so you had to watch and re-watch just to find silences and things like that.

ScreenPal, even at its most basic level, out performed Camtasia and Clipchamp at screen recording and editing. With our Business Team subscription, I have Storyboards, access to hosting, AI features... The tool was already amazing and it just keeps getting better.

I've raved so much about ScreenPal that multiple business units have approached me to learn about the amazing video editing software we have. It has become a key asset in content creation for internal users and client-facing materials.

Our VP of Ops even told me that one of my videos was the best one he'd ever seen in the history of our company. I simply told him I could do it because I had ScreenPal - and so could he. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two things:

1. I'd like the option to annotate outside of the video recorder.

2. There has to be a little bit better support for 30 minute + videos. The desktop app is doing so much that it nearly crashes or corrupts files when they get too big. Even with backup on, this seems to be an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi there, I am a university teacher, my son was very sick, and I had to quickly record an online lecture. I installed some apps but they were so difficult to work on and also very expensive. ScreenPal was so easy to install, and work on. The best part was, I could pause it, see my little son, and resume my lecture. It was a lovely experience. Besides it has so many features which I am exploring now. Like you can add music to your videos, edit your videos, capture videos, record screen content etc.

Also this is one of the most honest platform, I was in hurry and mistakenly subscribed for an annual one, but I needed my money back, so I just sent them and email and I was responded in no time, and received my money back. Right now I am on a monthly subscription but going for the annual one again when I have money.

While I appreciate some features of ScreenPal, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, there are fewer training videos available, which makes it harder for users to fully understand all the features. Secondly, I often find myself needing to contact customer support via email quite frequently, which can be inconvenient. I absolutely love the Analytics on the videos on published channels. It has helped me develop as an educator.

Still trying to navigate how to allow my students to participate or interact with the material I create besides just answering questions. It will be great to have them talk back and comment on what they find helpful as sharing fosters knowledge transfer!

When trying to record my screen to showcase a website, that requires scrolling down their website page, it can be jittery at times, so needs to be recorded a few times before the recording looks smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the user friendliness of the interface and how easy it is to customise the video you are creating. The easy on screen tool makes it simple to pause, record and draw as you go. I also like how easy it is to upload videos then send the link to someone or integrate with other sites (i.e. for internal training).

I love how user friendly ScreenPal is to use. It has a lot of great features to add ot videos once you become familiar with the platform. I also love that you can add your own resources or access their resource bank for music, images, and videos. I love that I can add questions and checks for understanding throughout my videos to make sure my students are paying attention along the way. I use it all the time! There is a little bit of a learning curve, but once you understand the basics, many of the features work the same way. Sometimes it is hard to get an exact cut because it only lets you "zoom in" on the track to a certain point, but for my use, it isn't a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reason that I like ScreenPal is because it is easy to download & Install as well as easy to use. I can capture my screen, provide voice over, and even trim videos within seconds. Screenplay saves so much time for me. At my ESL class, I use ScreenPal to make entertaining lessons such as explain grammar rules or a vocabulary game. I also record pronunciation guides and interactive writing tips to better assist my students in their practice.
