SalesHood has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the team that supports us to the platform itself, SH has been instrumental in how we interact with our sales teams in both content and training. We have utilized SalesHood for weekly training, our onboarding program and even AI Roleplay sessions. Any time we have needs or questions, our SalesHood team is there and helping us resolve the issue or guide us in best practices. I cannot say enough about our CSM and her dedication to our success post sale. SalesHood will not only provide the best enablement platform, but also the best service post sale as well. If you want an easy to use platform for sales enablement, SalesHood is the answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SalesHood is not as fancy as Highspot or some of the other platforms on the market, but what they lack in some of those features, they make up for it with the support and their focus on actionable enablement materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best is how quickly SalesHood was embraced by management and our selling team. SalesHood provides the platform that helps us adopt best practices and stay on a continuous improvement journey. More recently, the integration of AI has been a game changer—it’s not just hype. SalesHood is using AI in practical, focused ways that actually help reps work faster and smarter, allowing teams to get more done with fewer resources and in far less time. Not a lot in the dislikes column. I’m especially looking forward to continued innovation in the Digital Sales Rooms—one of SalesHood’s most underrated, high-impact capabilities for modern selling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesHood is a top-notch sales enablement platform that excels in personalized learning paths, AI-powered coaching, and comprehensive analytics. Its digital sales rooms and efficient content management make it a valuable tool for boosting sales effectiveness and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SalesHood has a few drawbacks, including navigation difficulties, a basic user interface, inefficient search functionality, and a steep learning curve for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to create client sites and share information with customers using the client sites - gives it a touch of class. The way information such as product datasheets, training, videos are organised makes it easy to search and find the items that you are looking for.
This is definitely one of the better sales tools that I have come across and I would say that I use Saleshood every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the user interface can be better - you can find what you want but the interface design looks pretty basic. I think it can be improved, perhaps using tiles instead of just rectangular blocks across the page. That's just my opinion anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The training and coaching along with engagement and collaboration. Moreover, the analytics and reporting along with the content management and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Few limiations I found would be when it comes to the limits of customisation and integrating it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All my content is curated and available for me to use internally and externally. Creating client sites is quick and easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too many fields to fill when importing files into a client site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It allows for many customizations for how videos are both displayed and recorded. It integrates seamlessly with our other training tools, allowing it to be connected directly with our many platforms and new trainings. It's fairly easy to learn, as I learned it alongside many other tools, and I've been a weekly (if not daily) user for the past 7 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None at the time, as the AI recaps continue to get refined it seems they get better and better with more data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't say enough positive things about the team at SalesHood and the CS teams willingness to help even in a pinch. They truly go above and beyond for their customers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of some basic features - from UI limitations to reporting being a hassle to dig into Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are very early stages of rolling out SalesHood to our entire team and thus far it's been a fantastic tool. We're currently utilizing a new tool they rolled out called, SalesRooms. It's been a great way to collaborate with prospective clients, centralize content, and see who's likely to buy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being very early in our rollout, there isn't much to dislike at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SalesHood is flexible enough of a tool that I can make it my central "Sales Wiki" for our GTM team. The UI is easy for our GTM team to navigate, and it dramatically reduces the requests from the field of "where is this {content]" that goes to my team. It's also easy to use as an admin when it comes to building new training content, and when I do need help, the CSM and support team are quick to respond. Appreciate all the support from Danica. Although SalesHood is very flexible, i do find that some of the instructional design capabilities to be lacking compared to other Sales Enablement Platforms. We leverage a workaround with SCORM files by using a separate tool called Articulate, but it would be nice to have some of those features within SalesHood natively.
Also, my company recently transitioned from Google to Microsoft (btw, dont recommend this), but the integration that SalesHood has with the google productivity suite is better than with the Microsoft productivity suite (currently sharepoint only and not OneDrive) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
