sometimes it is complex so it takes time- Sometimes it can feel a bit slow or overwhelming because of all the features and tabs.

What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?

easy to get start with. flows and api is easy to use. also admire the prompts builder.

can be overwhelming like figma vs photoshop. Pros understand that what can be done via photoshop but it's not everyone's thing. Users of salesforce are Pro so i think they will appreciate simplicity of agentforce. but certainty of actions taken by agent, reasoning, trust layer and security -- it will be helpful for those big orgs.

but for developers like me, real credit goes to trailhead for playground, step by step tutorial and make that learning curve lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?

settings can be annoying at times. I can definitely imagine -- actually predict that in future you could change settings, find things via chat button right as well.

- for example, you need to activate einstein and other stuff if you want to use agentforce. but why don't you enable dependency if i directly wanna start agentforce in a single click?

i think tons of such behaviour will be tracked via number of clicks taken to complete such operation and with time, its only gonna get better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

what we are building is using agentforce along with salesforce tools to improve salesforce community.

think of examples below --

some slack queries need basic key info. like what's ur account. do you have triage/trace/order/fulfilment/account or hundred of other id? or for specific query answer may already be provided and for some we need specific feedback in yes or no. -- this loop usually takes days of back and forth between support agent and real user. agentforce can collect this info, act on behalf of agent and do days worth of task in hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?

Salesforce Agentforce works really well because it's super easy to setup. A combination of code and declarative approaches can be used as actions. Those actions can be bundled into topics. There's Atlas Reasoning Engine that helps it to think and take decisions intelligently. It's easy to integrate with all the Salesforce Clouds. The ways in which external data can be integrated to Agentforce can be improved. It may seem a little pricy if the frequency of use is very much as it's based on consumption and not the traditional license based model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's helping to take care of manual custome service tasks that usually required a lot of research and information finding. It has increased the effeciency of customer service operations by a lot. What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?

I love all the customization available with the topics and actions, and how well the agent responds to my instructions. I also really enjoy the natural language with which it responds, makes it very easy to chat with and get to the point of the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?

I would like to see an option that is neither template or wizard based, but just a "build Agent" where I can choose everything myself. Also, it still needs some serous debugging. I built the default agent, went well, then went to create a second agent and could not get past an error when I clicked Create; I have all the necessary permissions and access, so really don't know what was going on, especially since we're supposedly able to have more than one agent at one time. In the current use case we've developed at my company, we are using Agentforce to give quick, holistic summaries of our accounts, opportunities, and provide examples of similar cases submitted so we can group them/resolve several similar cases at once, instead of slogging through each one by one. What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?

The ability to leverage an agent to handle questions on Topics and kick off follow-ups is a game changer. If you're nervous about agentic, think about your usage of Flow - same concept, you set the security access and the criteria for the Topic. The testing ability with prompts and seeing the topics and actions engaged really helps to understand how things are working and where you may want to clarify or refine a Topic. I would like verbiage as a call out when building the topic - a set place to define how else someone may refer to the same thing. Saving us time for onboarding new folks to our network and the questions/issues they have run into when completing those tasks. Agentforce took that process from days waiting on a response to several hours. That also helps us reach resolution at a moment when someone is having the issue and is at their computer. What do you like best about Salesforce Agentforce?

Working with Agentforce for 13+ months now, the biggest advantage is how it just works with everything in our SF setup. No crazy integrations like we had with our previous vendor.

Love the pay-as-you-go model - we started small and scaled when ready. The multi-LLM support is clutch - we switch between models depending on the uscase.

2DX has been a game-changer for deployments. Our devs went from dreading releases to actually having reliable versioning and testing. One dev actually called it "the best thing since coffee" lol.

The cross-cloud stuff is where the real $$ comes from. We built a workflow that spans Sales+Service+Mulesoft connecting to our ERP - saves us like 12 hours weekly per team.

Slack integration? That's how we've gotten even the tech-phobic managers to use it. The agents feel like team members, not some separate tool you have to login to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Agentforce?

Been using AgentForce for about 9 months. Biggest frustration is the agent marketplace - it's pretty thin compared to what our team saw with competitirs. We end up building most things from scratch.

The release schedule is frustrating sometimes. We'll hear about cool AI features elsewhere but then wait months for similar stuff in AgentForce. By the time we get new features, we're already behind again.

The docs drive our devs crazy - especially for complex integrations. Lots of basic examples but when you need advanced stuff you're searching thru forums hoping someone figured it out.

Pricing seemed great initially but once we scaled up, our bill got super unpredictable. Some months we're 2x over budget because usage spiked. Makes quarterly planning a nightmare.

We're in a regulated industry and the governance tools are just OK. Could really use better audit trails and more granular permissions. Our compliance team has to build workarounds for what should be standard features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Agentforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

We started using AgentForce last summer when our team was drowning in admin tasks. Real game changer for us.

First big win was connecting all our data. We had stuff in Salesforce, legacy on-prem systems, and about a dozen Excel reports. Agents now pull it all together through MuleSoft connections. Suddenly our reps had complete customer info without the treasure hunt.

Time savings are legit. My sales team gets back 5-6 hours weekly from automating the boring stuff - meeting notes, follow-ups, updating opps. One rep even hit quota for the first time in 6 quarters because she could actually sell instead of doing paperwork.

Our support desk saw the biggest improvement. Agents suggest solutions based on similar past cases while the call is happening. Resolution times dropped like 22% and customer scores are up. My boss actually noticed the improvement without me pointing it out!

The real difference is seeing my team do meaningful work again. They're having strategy conversations instead of copying data between systems. One guy who was ready to quit in December just told me he's excited about work again.

Budget-wise it's been a no-brainer. We've cut operational costs by about a third and employee surveys show satisfaction up around 30%. Finance dept is finally off my back lol.

Salesforce Agentforce is very simple and easy to use, as it actually requires no code. Additionally it is build on the ready topics to identify the intent of the prompt and provides output based on the information that ORG handles.

Salesforce Agentforce is good in all aspects; instead, it takes some time to identify the topic from which it can get the output of the asked prompt. Also it works on Atlas Reasoning Engine, which is sometimes dificult to work with with the prompt asked beside the ORG, when it comes to connect with the external systems.
