What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Posist has really helped me to ease and manage my operations, initially it was little hard to learn but eventually it's a great application to use.

Daily sales report, DSR report, Item contribution report, outlet sales, taxation report are some of the reports which we are using on a daily basis for data analysis.

Posist being cloud based provided mobility to use and operate, we can access the application anywhere from any device without and issues.

Posist Academy is a great tool to learn the application, new learners can take advantage from Academy by understanding the product and then testing their knowledge by taking the assessment and getting the certificate after passing the test. Great initiative by posist team.

We had a great experience working with Vishal, he has provided unconditional support to us whenever and wherever needed.

Offers module is very good, we can multiple offers like BOGO, set item criteria, use code based offers to provided offers to the customers. Creating offers in the application is very easy and intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Backend becomes slow during the week start and month closing, system takes time to publish and generate reports.

Combo cannot be added to set menu, also same item cannot be added again in the set menu.

Quantity change option should be there even after punching the Kot.

Email blacklist notification should be there if any email is blacklisted.

Print preview should be present at the POS, we have to print in order to test the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

The application is easy accessible from anywhere, being cloud application it's very easy to manage the application from anywhere unlike our previous application where physical presence at the property was required to make any changes.

There are lot of detailed reports available in the system like TTR (Transfer To Room) to check all the bills which are transferred to room, BTC (Bill to Company) report to check the details of all the credit bills and lot other payment and sales reports to make our life very easy.

Posist being on Cloud make it very easy to manage, we don't have to take regular backups as it's entirely on the cloud.

Vishal from implementation team was very helpful, he supported us even after his shift timings.

Academy application is very helpful in understanding the application at our own pace and comfort, it also helps to go back and understand any thing if we have any query. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Availability of all the options at one single platform makes it very easy, we don't have to login to multiple portals to get the desired data like Reports, database etc.

Bills sync Report, KOT report, Bill Void Report, TTR settlement reports are few of the reports which we are referring on a daily basis for smooth operations.

Posist being cloud based application, we can manage anything online making it more efficient. Also make advantage of being on cloud is that there is no regular maintenance required which helps us to focus on other important tasks.

I would also like to have special mention for Mr. Vishal as he guided us through every stage with atmost patience. He was always there to assist anywhere needed.

Posist Academy is very useful to learn the application at our own speed at our own time, we can always refer academy videos for any queries that we may have.

Support team is also very helpful as they are available 24X7 to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Sometime we face little difficulty to explain our needs/requirements to few team members of support team but some members understand the issue very easily and provide a solution.

KOT print failure should be visible on the POS and Reports so that if the KOT is not printed it can be reprinted in order to avoid any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

The software operational speed is really fast. It is saving a lot of time of our day to day operations. It has done the automation of KOT delivery for us. Now the KOTs are directly going to the kitchen without any time delay. Ease of use of the software compare to other software is really good. Mr. Prasad from implementation is really supportive. What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

We have started using the system and already loving it, my team is very happy with the software as it is very easy to use.

Bills punching is very easy, room transfer is very efficient.

Reporting is also very detailed with multiple reports present.

Integration with Hotelogix also works fine where we can fetch the room details and check the room plan of the customer and guest stay dates.

Mr. Vishal also helped us a lot during our go live and the team was confident because of his presence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

We are using slip printer and the settlement copy has to be generated again instead of printing the settlement mode on the same copy, because of this paper wastage is higher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Billing is user friendly , the GUI is very nice . Category wise we can access menu easily.

Posist Cockpit application is useful to quickly check the sales and monitor the business.

The printer settings and the basic configuration is easy to handle and we can change whenever required.

Reports like Sale reports, item wise reports gives more clarity.

especially Kot delete history report is very useful to monitor the miscellanious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Image upload for the online agegators is quite difficult it cloud me more user friendly.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Function Prospectus (FP) creation is very easy when compared to other softwares in the market.

Package creation, service creation etc is also very easy.

Ability to change the prices while creating FP makes it one of the best product for banquet management.

Mr. Vishal assisted us in every stage while training us very patiently.

What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

There are few to mention.

1. FP print seems very outdated and takes a lot of space.

2. There is no option to upload logo on the FP and banquet bill.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Posist being cloud application helps us to reduce our load as we don't have to backup anything and we don't have to worry about anything going missing.

The application is easy to setup and in case there is any failure in hardware, it's very easy to switch with a new pos system.

very easy UI and it becomes very easy for new staff to learn the application.

Variety of reports are available, around 200 reports present in the system.

Feature for editing receipts/kot as per operational requirements.

Our point of contact Mr. Vishal is very near in a call away and he is supporting us lot at any time and quick answer on any doubts.
