What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

I am using Restroworks / Posist for our daily operations i like the GUI, order punching is very much easy anyone can operate this application easily.

It runs on google chrome and no any lags. sending kots to the kitchen and customization of order is very good.

The reports are very much detailed and we can search any report as per our requirement.

Cockpit application is cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Sometimes reaching the support team is taking long time especially on weekends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

We are using application for almost 2 years and we have used so many features of this.

Their Reports are are very well detailed and we can download them with the time period we want to.

And also they have the iventory management part is also fully defined and accurate while getting the consumption via stock transfer.

Thanks to the Anil for his efforts to solve the issue we have faved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Some of reports we are not able to extract for more then 1 week, This need to be opened.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Billing is easy to use. The best part in the software i found id the Reports. All the details in the reports we get in merged at the end of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The few reports need to generate in more details. Rest i don't think that there is any improvement required in Restrowork software. Everything is up to the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting portals with more than 200+ reports.

Easy creation of various offers, discounts, NC's.

Table Management: Real time view of tables and order status.

QR code facility is available.

Multi device Support. No additional hardware requirement as it is a cloud based setup.

Customizable Menu Options: Easy to add and modify items, taxes and price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best Part about Posist are many, Mainly

1. Its on Cloud.

2.Support is Very Prompt & they follow-up, make sure problem is resolved.

3.Customization is delivered very quickly.

4. Centralized Control of Menu Management, Rates, Taxes, User Creation is very easy.

The POSIST Academy is a fantastic resource. It allows us to learn how to use the platform at our own pace, at any time that suits us. If we ever get stuck, the training videos are right there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Posist has been a wonderfull software to use for our daily operations as it makes our lives very easy.

We always got great support b the team if we face any issue with printing or pricing etc.

Extensive availabliy of reports make it very easy to get the most selling items, peak sales hour, top selling category etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

We should have an option to update the covers if a bill is settled with wrog covers by mistake, currently it's not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
