Bot issues are identified by us, submitted to QL2 via ticket that kicks off problem resolution - would like to see a more proactive system that detects anomalies or large drops in success that might detect a bot issue a little earlier. QL2 has technical scaling challenges and a challenge with circumfenting the latest blocking technologies. As a customer, it looks like the product iterations and improvements have been slow to absent. The UI has been due to be renewed for over 2 years. In terms of monitoring the output data (quality) and alerting the customer there are barely any features in place, this means as a customer you're always chasing the latest bug. For users to trust the product they need to see more metrices, more monitoring and quick repairs. It is economically expensive and tiring for a customer to be doing data checks all the time. It lacks an efficient way to then follow up on these issues, because as customer you are always chasing the support desk. Sometimes there is no notification when websites stop delivering data. This should be ensured for every script outage in combination with a direct ticket that is opened to get this problem resolved as quick as possible.

The scripts fail every time you need them. It takes weeks, sometimes months to be fixed, so it's impossible to plan when to deliver the results if a request.

Their service used to be incredible. Bugs were resolved almost straight away. In recent times this has slipped to sometimes unresolved, generally weeks, then the fix doesn't always work.
