"Awesome HR Platform!"

What do you like best about Paylocity?

Paylocity is easy to learn, easy to use, and has so many features that you only need one system! You can keep all your payroll information on the system including time and labor. There are phenomenal reporting features, training programs, integrations to benefits organizations, recruiting, retirement, performance management, and so much more! But the best part of Paylocity is the support you receive during the implementation process and throughout your relationship with Paylocity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paylocity?

The only thing I can think of is the cost of some of the features for very small organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paylocity solving and how is that benefiting you?

I worked with Paylocity at a previous, much larger employer. My current position already had a payroll service, but I guess I spoiled by Paylocity, as I missed the ease of use and the support I received. I reached out to some old Paylocity contacts and signed up for the payroll portion and found that the system is better, the service is still top notch, and I am paying less than I was for the other payroll service. What do you like best about Paylocity?

Paylocity’s automation tools have significantly impacted our business by allowing the HR team to shift focus from manual, administrative tasks to higher-value, strategic objectives like talent acquisition, talent retention, and overall employee engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paylocity?

More flexible and intuitive reporting options are needed. PTO accruals are kind of a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reduced Time Expenditures: Automating payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration has saved our HR team countless hours each payroll cycle. Tasks that were previously manual and prone to delays—such as PTO tracking and payroll processing—are now streamlined.
