Payfactors at its core helps organizations develop scalable and data driven compensation programs. What this means is that we start by giving organizations access to market data that they can use to make fair pay decisions. Users can then use functionality to develop pay structures so pay decisions remain fair and equitable over time. All this information brought together makes reporting and analytics of important data such as pay compression easy to escalate throughout the organization. What do you like best about Payfactors?

I love the geo map that shows the national average and if a specific location is below or above. The ability to benchmark multiple jobs for different areas is great. The customer service has always been amazing and I find the reporting features very detailed and customizable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dataset for HR Market Analysis is very robust. The platform has remained consistent over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Peer dataset hasn't grown as much as we anticipated, but it is still pretty good. The user interface, while it has remained consistent, could be easier. For example, you can't see data cuts on the pricing project screen - only when hovering over the job title. Few check-ins from customer support to see how things are going. What problems is Payfactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

As compensation consultants, it serves largely as a data warehouse for our survey library, aging the data towards a common date and percentage. We then output pricing projects to Excel to do more analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
