It is specialized for freight forwarders, but should provide modules from Importer/Exporter perspective as well.
Should have Shipment Type/Subtype for non-containerized large shipments also.

Compared with other logistics systems, Logitude is simple and easy to use. Everything can be editable, and costumized, given the system a huge flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just few features do not comply with Latin America' standards.
An example is that as per IATA regulation, printed AWB's must be in collors (Original 1 in blue, Original 2 in red, and so on..). Brazil for example demands all rpinted awb's to arrive in the Red color...otherwise agents and airlines could have problems to release the cargo...this feature is making us pay for an external AWB system...that complies with IATA regulation (AWB Editor in this case). Including the DGR Declaration as well.
In summary, I'd say this is a good feature to improve - all of the rest we know it is costumizable - which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have tried several systems since 2016, however, Logitude did fulfill our needs in all logistics aspects with so many functions and features.

First the customer service support needs improvement as their response time is slow and some users find the initial setup complex. We have used the program for a couple of years and we liked it a lot, it is a very intuitive and very easy to use tool and it gives you the options to have control of your operations, as well as control of accounts receivable or payable. or the quotes made, daily or monthly indicators.

After implementation process, everything is logical and easy to use.The database architecture and process fits to our daily working way however we have some specificity, that Logitude team were able to adapt to. Logitude offer us a great tracability for each shipment, in terms of events and documents sent and received, also specific view can be easily managed.Automation module permit us to save a lot of time, and avoid the human error issue...Build in Follow up allow to make perfect to do list for each user while its directly linked to shipment. Of course some module are missing, since our industry has to evolve each day.But in 6 months of use we have already saw modules that were missing.
