What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

Linq, hands down, is the digital business card that you need in your corner. Their customer service is second to none. When I hit a snag trying to sync my contacts from my Linq for Teams Organization to my CRM, their success team was a lifesaver. One of their integration specialists walked me through the process step by step, with patience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

To be honest, I haven't encountered anything I don't like about the Linq software. The only thing that I feel could be improved is the limited color options for the metal card. More color choices would add a touch of personalization that would fit different brands better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

I believe because I am a little Technically not advance, I may need help to optomize my card to make it extremely easier for me to create my page and information to connect with others. I need even a simpler tutorial. Also, the App crashes a lot, even when passing info. This past few weeks, people I connected with get an extra .vcf in text and sometimes the text messages are overwhelming and scare people from using the tap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

Linq has helped us not only to organize contacts but it also helped us after the pandemic when passing business. In addition the simplicity of the card and when exchanging contact with other raises eyebrow and always gets people excited about the product and the face that you can see a full bio and links to our coverage on all our platforms. So easy to setup that I have purchased them for my people and my business partner and will get them for all employees in the future. We use it every day in our busines and let people know they need this implemented in their business also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

As the card get older it may not always work but thay qr code backup helps. The second is that with Android it does not always transfer but not sure if that is on linq or the fact that android devices are up to date with software upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

I like the ease-of-use and the look on potential customers' faces when a little magic card opens a link on their phone. The profile is easy to edit and you can make it look professional and sleek without any propensity for graphic design. Such an awesome, head-turning product! What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

I don't like the fact that the blue "Open Contact" button on the Linq profile needs to be tapped twice. Just too many taps to save a contact. The button should be more prominent or intuitive, because I always watch the customers' eyes bouncing all over the screen with a puzzled look until they either find it, or I tell them what to do. Then it's Blue button > Blue button AGAIN > Scroll down > Create New Contact > Done. This distracts from the profile I think because contact info is the number one priority.

If the link automatically opened the vCard as soon as it loads, and then once the user selects Create New Contact > Done, the contact screen drops out to reveal your Linq profile and ask if they want to enter their info, I think that would be so much better. Plus, they would have a second to process and look at the profile whereas they skip over the profile almost every time because they're playing "Where's Waldo?" to find that little blue button on the bottom of the screen with 10pt font. If it worked like a QR code vCard, where you scan and the contact is just open and ready to go, I think everyone would have such an easier time.

It's just a little awkward and an ordeal every time because the process seems to be made for chronic smartphone users and younger people. Younger and more tech savvy customers have no problem whatsoever. The older people think it's awesome, but also get weirded out or frustrated when you have to guide them through the process of 5 button presses when it seems like it could be reduced to 2 or 3.

Keep up the great work :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

Digital business cards aren't novel in 2023, so I won't waste words explaining why I decided to get one in the first place. After looking into different solutions, Linq got my attention with the shear number of options and customizations their products support. They got my business by offering a preimum metal card that offered user-supplied custom graphics. The card showed up and I couldn't have been happier.

Months after getting my card, I was in Madrid at a conference. After a long walk in 115F heat, I returned to my room to find that the laminate image on my card had started to shed.

Now here's why I stayed with Linq and continue to recommend their products: I emailed support and in less than 24hrs they had:

- acknowledged the issue immediately

- explained how they changed their process to ensure the issue wouldn't happen again (switching from a laminate overlay to laser etching

- provided me with a code to design a new card for myself and purchase for $0 (which is the best option as it allowed me to go through the customization process on my own time)

- provided mock-up images to ensure that the design I wanted to use would "translate" from a high-resolution laminate overlay to a laser-etching

- all around provided a terrific customer experience

When ideas become a commodity, what you are really shopping for is a relationship. Linq differentiated itself by providing a superior customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

No specific complaints. The only thing I dislike is that my corporate infosec policies don't permit the integrations to work, which limits my ability to leverage the value-added features Linq offers for making impactful connections.

If you work for a company and want to use digital business card integrations, check with your Infosec team to make sure they will be supported before you purchase a subscription! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

Linq is extremely user-friendly. I can't count how often I went from seeing non-verbal language from people waiting on my info: "oh great, this dude's going to give me yet another business card." to a loud and enthusiastic "WOW! Really?? How can I get this?"

Linq is not only a great way to save the planet one business card at a time (a LOT of people throw away your physical card, you know?), but also, it's a great conversation starter, and you can be sure they WILL remember you. The way you can share your info AND many other aspects of your business instantly and is amazing. It's such a low price to get more than one profile and follow up on who connected and which page they looked at on your profile, and it makes it easier to follow up on leads and build a solid business relationship. I use it every week, and I get a much higher rate of real connection than with traditional cards. It's easy to learn and build your profile. It will become indispensable for your business once you use it. It pays for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

The Linq card is an exceptional tool that goes beyond being just a high-tech business card; it's also a remarkable conversation starter and attention grabber. Whenever I present the Linq card upon being asked for my contact information, it invariably sparks curiosity, leading to three common questions: 1) What is this? 2) How much did it cost? and 3) Where can I get one? As an IT consultant, using the Linq card demonstrates to my contacts that I am at the forefront of technology, constantly evolving and staying ahead in the game Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

Linq is a game changer - I've recently been using it to draw traffic directly to my website using their redirect functionality and it's so helpful on getting contacts into my CRM. A simple toggle off and I can use my Linq profile page for simple or short things like testimonial requests, or directing someone to a form or questionnaire. The likeihood someone will actually save my contact info is much higher than with paper business cards! I just made my first custom card and it looks incredible. I want to keep buying more even though I don't really have a need for additional ones. It's just fun, easy, and people enjoy it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

I'd like some more customization options on how the Linq profile page displays, like changing font colors or sizes and the like. It would also be nice to have an option somewhere that already has business card "templates" that look like a normal business card so your information is still readable should someone want to write it or type it in themselves. It's rare, but has happened. Not a ton of complaints all in all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linq - Digital Business Card Platform?

Linq is more than just an electronic business card. It is a sales and marketing tool as well. I use it to share information about myself and my company, but it gives me a way to share information in regards to my work. I have used as a mini website at times. Sharing faster links, articles, or other pertinent information with fellow business colleagues. It is a great way to create a virtual network and show off my brand’s voice in the marketplace. I truly believe that Linq is a powerful sales tool for any company looking to make an impression. With its intuitive design and user-friendly interface, it's easy to get up and running quickly. Plus, the platform is always evolving so you can keep up with the latest trends in technology. Using Linq gives me an edge over competitors when it comes to staying on top of industry changes and delivering new solutions efficiently. By taking advantage of all that Linq offers, I know that I'm making sure my customers receive the best experience possible.
