Implementing the digital business card is easy. Download the app, input your information and a photo, and it is ready for use. This easy setup allows me to use my digital business card more often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Many features are unavailable unless you pay for the upgraded plan (which is understandable). You can still produce a nice, working digital business card with the free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of access to change information and adding new information. Being able to share my card with others in multiple formats and the response reciprocation process made easy for the recipient. I was able to implement my new digital card from the get go. Customer support was responsive. I use this digital business card all the time instead of paper from now on. It as super simple to get all my media and info integrated to the platform with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Converting new contacts to my Google account on my phone is tricky, but I was able to figure it out by download each contact individually and then adding them to my contacts app on the phone on my Google account. This should be mad a lot simpler and straight forward with no hoop jumping in the process. This should be automatic, PLEASE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is simple to to set up and use and does not require the purchase of anything to get started sharing my business card. I can text, email , or have them scan the QR code to get my information. Very click and easy to use product with actually NO cost to me to use. It is pretty awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly for the price of FREE it is an awesome product. Now if you want or need more you can upgrade and a lot more options to your layout as well as a team management system. I don’t use that because I’m a one man band just starting my company. Once I get rolling and add workers I definitely will upgrade to the next plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI of the design pages for the digital card is perfect and makes the design implementation super easy. and integrated perfectly with the physical card. Super easy to use whilst packed with enough quality to provide a top-tier feel. The ease of applying branding guidelines whilst also being able to customize further is really well suited to creating a professional appearance & Product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The digital side is top tier, and the card is good too. My only criticism would be with the printing on the card. The font comes in a nice raised format but for some reason, the coloured font on the card seems to be printed ontop of a white font - these fonts are slightly out of line with each other. I've had a great experience using WAVE Digital Card! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it super easy to create and share digital cards without any hassle. I really appreciate the clean design, intuitive features, and overall smooth functionality. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this service convenient and efficient. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern and professional way to connect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the platform itself is user-friendly and offers some great features, I was disappointed with the high cost of shipping. It felt a bit excessive which took away from the overall value. I hope they consider offering more affordable or flexible shipping options in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful thing about Wave is the NFC Enabled Business Card connected to the digital card. It allows you to never worry about running out of physical cards, while presenting a professional and stylish appearance. On the Custom NFC Option one side can be branded and the reverse has a QR Code. You can update the Digital Card with links and content and take full control of the experience. It was not at all clear that the QR Code linking to the Digital Card would be on the reverse side for the Custom NFC option so I added a QR Code to the branded side. Not at all the end of the world but I would have preferred knowing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
<odern and efficient solution for sharing contact information. Its user-friendly interface allows for quick creation and customization of digital profiles, enabling professionals to showcase their brand effectively. The platform's seamless integration with CRM systems enhances lead management, streamlining follow-ups and improving productivity. Additionally, Wave's eco-friendly nature aligns with sustainable business practices, reducing reliance on paper cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the concept of Wave Digital Business Card—it’s a sleek and modern way to share my contact info without relying on paper. However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement.
First, the initial setup was a bit tricky. I would have appreciated more templates or examples to guide me through the process, as it took a little trial and error to get my card looking just right. A smoother onboarding experience would definitely help new users get up and running faster.
Another issue I’ve noticed is the NFC functionality. While the tap-to-share feature is great when it works, it doesn’t always work seamlessly across all devices. I’ve had a few moments where I tried to share my card, and the other person’s phone just wouldn’t pick it up. Having a more consistent NFC experience would make networking much smoother.
On the customization side, the platform offers some solid options, but I’d love to have more flexibility to match my personal brand or company aesthetic better. A few more design choices would go a long way in making each card feel unique.
Also, I feel like some of the premium features should be included in the basic version. There are a few tools that would really enhance the overall experience, but they’re locked behind a paywall, which is a bit frustrating.
Lastly, I’d love to see better integration with professional tools like LinkedIn or CRMs. If I could sync my digital business card with my existing networking and contact management systems, it would make follow-ups and relationship-building even more seamless.
Overall, Wave Digital Business Card is a great tool with a lot of potential, but a few tweaks could make it even better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Let me be clear, I hate business cards. I hated ordering them, I hated carrying them around, and I hated the fact that when I gave them to people, they would toss it in their bag and completely forget about them. So instead, I would just recommend to exchange contact with potential clients. This all started when someone presented me a digital business card of a competitor brand and while that card was nice it didn’t offer all the features I was looking for or have a professional enough look that I wanted associated with my brand. From there, I began to search of available digital business card options, and landed on Wave. Customization is top-tier and the fact that I never have to purchase paper business cards ever again is the gift that just keeps on giving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like it if the Internet icon was better for webpage links I display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Wave Digital card is free to start, and takes only a few minutes to set up and start using immediately. I like the fact that you can use the system for free to see if you like it, and then only pay for the things that benefit you. You don't need to buy a package of things if they arent helpful. The thing I like most is you can download a qr code that can be added to your email signature or texted from your phone. Overall a perfect solution for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found a negative issue in my use-case Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can control the messaging and stay on brand in the contact of someone else's phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was a bit of a learning curve. It would have been nice to see some examples of what people have done in the past for inspiration. Not knowing full possibilities before trying to design your own seems a bit much in the beginning. I wish there was a bit better onboarding so I knew the full functionality of the product. I feel like I'm under-utilizing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
