The best thing about jobber is that the process from sale to invoicing is all in one program. It is also easy to intergrate with several other programs. Customer support is well done, and we usually have a reply within a few minutes. Sometimes Jobber can use small new updates such as invoicing for multiple jobs on phone. Phone use is good, but still limited. I'd like to see this improved, that being said, Jobber is continually improving so I am sure this will come soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jobber has proven to be an incredibly effective tool for our operations. Once we became familiar with the interface, we found it very intuitive and easy to navigate. We've customized it to suit our internal processes by creating job numbers to track time against company tasks, which has greatly improved accountability and reporting. When we first started using Jobber, it was primarily geared toward lawn care and maintenance services. Since then, we’ve seen meaningful improvements that have broadened its usability for a wider range of service-based businesses like ours. That said, there’s still room for growth—features such as asset management at the property level (rather than by client) would be a valuable enhancement. Additionally, the forms functionality could benefit from more dynamic content options and greater customization to reflect individual company branding. All CRM's aren't created equal, and there is always going to be something aout a CRM that doesn't exactly fit your companies needs. Jobber is as close as it gets. I'd like to see batch invoicing, batch deleting of old jobs, and better reports when it comes to comparing last years numbers. Being able to separate out our recurring, one-time and seasonal work is ok with the tag system, but I still have to go to each clients account and manually type in a tag. There is not a way to go down a list of holidays and change your hours or close for them you have to manually go into the calendar and set an event. My personal calendar does not sync with Jobber's (only Jobber to personal Google calendar) so if I am out of office it doesn't automatically update in Jobber. Jobber is user friendly and cost effective for someone wanting to upscale and take their business to the next level. It helps with appearing professional and they are constantly adding new features to compete with the larger, more expensive CRMs. It has an app that everyone can easily access jobs and even admins can easily use functions through the app on the go. There's no way to have selective levels of access with administrative/management level employees, it's access to everything or very limited access (no reports unless they have carte blanche access). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a newer company, I was able to streamline operations and optimize my procedures quickly and easily with Jobber as the backbone of my information systems. Between integrations, quoting, invoicing and so on being so easy to use in the field and at the office, I was able to focus on other aspects to grow my business. Unfortunately it isn't optimized for HVAC companies that use maintenance agreements (service contracts) without some form of work around that complicated things. They would find themselves in a much more marketable position against the big guys like HCP and ST if the implemented some solution to this. Jobber has been an amazing addition to our company and has helped us scale from 1 crew last year to 2 this spring (doubling our employees, sales, schedule, and everything else). It cuts way down on my time for all the administrative tasks from quoting to billing to asking customers for reviews! Total game changer, and worth every penny!!!
