I love using InFlow for how easy it is to set up inventory and be able to track stock from multiple locations and even sublocations. InFlow allows me to see my inventory quickly, and be able to track stock movement accurately. And it didn't matter if the products had serial numbers or not. Customer support was awesome too. Getting a hang of how to import bulk data took some time and was a bit tricky based on the data spreadsheets I had. But once I learned, it was straightforward. I wish there was a master bulk import that allowed serialized and non-serialized stock to be imported at once. There is s two step process involving an additional spreadsheet which takes a bit more time to create, but works well in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
InFlow helps us keep track of our inventory and even allows us to create work orders and tasks to keep track of all the operations at our facility. It's also very easy to train a coworker on. We use it as the main software in our facility. Its very easy to integrate with other apps. And Katia with customer support has been so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only think I wish we could change about InFlow is that when creating production work orders, we use a product to help create more product, but InFlow won't allow us to do a circular reference for this, so we have to work around it by creating a stock adjustment and putting the components in that way. It would be great if we could get around the circular reference issue and use the work orders, but that works for now it just takes a bit longer to fill out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite parts about inFlow Inventory is the easiness of using the program and that I don't have to remember what my next number is on my Sales Orders and Purchase Orders as that is already calculated into the program for me. I like that it is easy to access the inventory and the ability to email right from the program. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new inventory program. There really isn't anything I dislike about the program. Some of the options I don't use as they don't apply to our company, but it is nice to know they are there if we decide to start using those options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used several ERP programs, and InFlow is by far the most user-friendly. Our sales team is able to navigate the app when on the road with customers, and the customizable reporting functions let our administrative team find and show the exact information we need with a few clicks. We were able to implement quickly and get our team of 10 up and running within a week! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that we could save reports in the web version, as well as having indicators of what needs ordering in the app version. I keep both windows open so I can use the one that makes the most sense for each task - I'd like to have everything available in the app interface! I'd also like the integration to be more customizable - with Xero, for example, as soon as a payment is applied to an order it's pushed into Xero even if the product hasn't been received because it was prepaid by the customer. This means our margin reports are inaccurate, so we had to de-integrate and add manually to Xero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use inFlow everyday and am greatful that it is user friendly. It doesn't take long to implement and use the program. The training and help from both employes at inflow and their help pages are top notch! I love the customization that you can do on the pages you are able to print and email to customers. They have live video training on verious topics and updates every month. The ability to use and scan barcodes with my phone is so great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the only things that I dont like about inFlow is that when the quanity of a part goes to zero, it deleats its sublocation. Then when more parts come back in, you have to manualy put the sublocation back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to Use: Not everyone on our team is a tech wizard, but honestly, InFlow is pretty simple to use. We had most staff members trained and confident within an hour. They can now handle tasks like stock adjustments and creating orders without constantly asking for help.
Insightful Reporting: The reports are a huge help for us. We can easily spot which chemicals are flying off the shelves or which supplies get used more during promotions or busy seasons. It helps us plan better and avoid running out when it matters most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Don’t get me wrong—InFlow’s reports are super handy, but when we need something really specific to car washes, like tracking chemical usage trends in a particular location, it can take a bit of workaround. We’ve had to export data to other tools a few times to get the exact info we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love the ability to make INFLOW "our own". The option to add custom fields has given us the opportunity to adapt INFLOW for our needs. Reports are so easy to run, with the ability to use CSV files to create our own spreadsheets. The program is so easy to use, that onboarding is a piece of cake! The customer support is stellar, and I hop on "chat" any time I am having some type of issue or have a quick question. We use this program all day at the office and our road salesmen use INFLOW remotely. We don't use the Quickbooks integration, but that has do do with the way our business is structured. The only thing I struggle with is the fact that once one item on the order is "packed out" if you print or email the order, it converts to an INVOICE. We have to be super aware of this and sometimes have invoices on the books for incomplete orders. There is an option to override this by selecting "print order only", but we have to remind our salesman to use that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very easy to set up and use. I was able to create a Showroom for staff to request items that are in my inventory room, I can track burn rates, set reorder points, and print cycle count sheets. Customer support has always been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside about using inFlow is I'm not able to change an item from a 'stocked' item, to a 'non stocked item' without having to create the part again completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Inflow can be viewed on my cellphone, has great capability for reports, manufacturing processes and is regularly updated to bring on more value added capabilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is need for continued support for the desktop version of inflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to navigate through software. A lot of tutorials with explenations how to optimize your work in In Flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is because I need to use another software for electronic invoicing in Serbia, because InFlow is not certified for that in Serbiua. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
