What do you like best about Draup for Sales?

The tool gives detailed insights on customers' R&D spend, buying locations, key people to target, existing service providers etc. Many other tools provide high-level data such as revenue and executive team but can't offer the depth that DRAUP does. These insights are really useful in strategizing, tailoring and executing effective Account Based Marketing (ABM) activities.

What do you dislike about Draup for Sales?

At times, found that a few statistics such as Total Addressable Market (TAM), outsourced R&D spend etc. weren't 100% accurate. There is a scope for improvement in this area, especially when a company acquires another company, TAM and R&D spend numbers don't get updated at the same pace. What problems is Draup for Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are trying to improve the effectiveness of our Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns with the intelligence offered by Draup. We have achieved significant benefit the data provided by DRAUP. What do you like best about Draup for Sales?

What do you dislike about Draup for Sales?

A BPM/contact center perspective for accounts is a missing piece and would be a helpful section in the future. Since we also have business interests in the BPM/CCO space, a detailed quote covering this aspect will be beneficial.

E.g., total locations slides have IT, HR and Procurement. Having locations with contact centers helps support the BPO/BPM business insight.

For downloading existing account reports, having a PPT format along with PDF would be helpful, as we can better utilize the insights for internal use. (instead of requesting the Draup team to send us the PPT format decks everytime)

What do you like best about Draup for Sales?

Draup has gained considerable capability in the field of Ecosystem Sensing and the structured aggregation and processing of data is a pleasant help in the daily business routine. Through Draup, I can access well-prepared data at any time in increasingly complex business areas, which has often supported me in various instances. Draup is always open to feedback and can respond to additional requests at short notice. I have gained a high level of trust in the cooperation over the years. It would be preferable if Draup could diversify even more into core markets of the high-tech industry and pay more attention to niche areas. I think that this will be a natural evolution of the platform. So far, some requests in this regard are only individualized and available on request - but then delivered with the usual high quality!
