Document360 has an appealing UI, it's easy to understand, and learn how to navigate and manage. Editing in Doc360 was always a smooth and pleasurable experience, with enough options to allow you to truly customize and streamline your self-service knowledgebase. It was easy to integrate with our team, and implementing it took little to no effort. Customer Support was always wonderful and quick to answer any questions.

Exporting Documentation out of Doc360 to be utilized in other software, cross-referenced, or edited elsewhere left a lot to be desired, especially utilizing the Bulk exporter which primarily spit out the files in HTML documents.

The only thing that annoys me is how little you can change in the homepage builder if they added more no-code flexibility or the option to have custom icons of various sizes, it would be much easier to adapt our brand without getting into CSS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Document360 every day.
It's easy to use whether you are writing, updating, or publishing. After authoring in Adobe FrameMaker for 25 years I was a bit leery of trying something so different. I needn't have worried. Although Document360 doesn't yet have the breadth of features FM has, the learning curve for the tool is near zero and its simplicity is a serious time-saver. The knowledge base platform which is integrated with edsy ai assistant.
Advacnced editor for creating the awesome articles.

We can not add callout icon directly through editor like confluence having it.
