Guru is an extremely helpful tool for me, primarily due to its user-friendly design. It allows me to easily obtain information related to my work. The aspect of "ASK GURU" is particularly effective, as it simplifies the process of finding answers and guidance, making my workflow smoother and more efficient. I appreciate everything about Guru, but the one challenge I face is with its search functionality. It can be difficult to find information unless the exact title or term is used. What do you like best about Guru?

I can confidently say that Guru is one of the best tools I have ever used. It excels by storing all necessary information in one centralized location, allowing for easy access. For instance, if I need to find a specific article, I can simply open Guru, search for the related topic, and quickly find the information I need. There's no need to store files separately or navigate elsewhere the information is all displayed in Guru. What do you dislike about Guru?

There are lots of things that I like about guru but if there is one thing that i would not like about it that much is the search bar, as the system will requires you to put the exact name of the article just to find the specific information that you are looking for. It challenge me in a way that sometimes it will require me some amount of time just to get the information i need when it should be able to show the possible article related to the keyword i will be putting on the search bar. What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I've mentioned, Guru benefits me significantly by saving time that would otherwise be spent searching across various platforms.

If I ever need assistance regarding the platform, the available chat support is an excellent resource. This support feature enables me to quickly address any questions or concerns I may have, ensuring that I can continue to work without unnecessary interruptions. What do you like best about Guru?

Guru is one of the key tools we use at work, and I find it incredibly beneficial for a number of reasons. Firstly, its user-friendly design makes it easy to navigate, allowing me to quickly access the information I need. One aspect I particularly appreciate is that all the detailed information and processes we use in our system are stored in Guru. What do you like best about Guru?

What I like about GURU is that I don't need to search across multiple platforms to find answers. I can easily get the information I need for my work by searching on GURU, which reduces the time I spend looking for details. One of the best features of GURU is its notification system; whenever I follow a favorite card, I receive updates if someone modifies the information. I can view both the original and updated information in the card history, along with the dates when the card was updated. Another useful feature is the "extension tab," which allows me to save links. This means I don't need to manually retrieve the link for GURU; I can simply click the extension tab and easily search for the information I need. Lastly, I appreciate the GURU tags. What do you dislike about Guru?

What I do not like about GURU is that I receive a lot of notifications when I follow many GURU cards. Another issue is the search bar; it doesn't return results if you type general information. What do you like best about Guru?

GURU is one of the tools we use at work, and it has been incredibly helpful as it stores all our information. There are many things I like about it. One reason is that I can search for detailed information whenever I need it and download it. Additionally, I can create lists or folders. It's easy to access, as I can simply click on the favorites, and all the cards I have favorited will show up. Recently viewed and new cards will also appear in the library. What I do not like about GURU is the search bar. When I search for something, it often doesn't come up. The search should be more detailed; for example, if I type a word, it should show relevant results. I hope there will be a shortcut letter or code to improve this functionality. What do you like best about Guru?

What I like about Guru is its ease of access; it's just like a book where all information is displayed. It is easy to navigate and helpful as I learn a lot of things in Guru. For example, if I need to find information about my work, it will display all relevant details. I can also share and add comments on notes if I find any incorrect or outdated information. Additionally, I can add favorite cards. For instance, if I need to create a folder, it binds my favorite cards in one place. What I don't like about Guru is that it is not easy to find information if I type a shortcut. It should match the specific word with the card I am looking for. What I like the most by using GURU is how friendly user it can be, how much information and content that you could add and can find that will make our work much easier and to keep the information that will be helpful to other people as well. What do you like best about Guru?

Guru really helps me a lot for all my transaction in assisting customer. Easy to navigate by just searching the key words. Easy to use and it loads all information you need. I got a customer that need assistance in adding a package on her cruise and it's my first time receiving a call for that. I opened the guru and search how to add it in Cruise Line portal which is it guided me how to do it our system also with cruise portal and I was able to resolve the request of the customer.
