What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

CaptivateIQ stands out for its clarity and transparency. The platform offers a detailed breakdown of commission structures, enabling our team to track earnings and performance effortlessly. The ability to customize logic based on unique plans is a huge plus, and the interface is intuitive even for non-technical users. It’s especially helpful during review cycles and when aligning incentives with performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

While the platform is solid overall, initial implementation can be a bit complex depending on your compensation plan structure. Some advanced configurations require involvement from their support or technical teams. Also, the platform could benefit from more native integrations with smaller CRMs or ERP systems. However, the support team is responsive and usually helps resolve such challenges quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

What I like best about CaptivateIQ is its flexibility and customization options. The platform allows for easy creation of tailored compensation plans, which is essential for businesses with unique needs. The user-friendly interface makes it simple to track and manage commissions, and the real-time insights it provides ensure that sales teams and leadership can make data-driven decisions quickly. CaptivateIQ also integrates seamlessly with other tools, making it a versatile and efficient solution for managing sales compensation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

One area where CaptivateIQ could improve is in the complexity of setting up certain compensation structures, especially for organizations with more intricate commission models. While the platform is highly customizable, it can take some time to fully understand and configure the various settings. Additionally, the reporting features could be more intuitive, as some users may find it challenging to generate specific reports without a deep understanding of the platform's functionality. What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

As an Account Executive, one of the things I value most about CaptivateIQ is the transparency and accuracy in tracking my commissions month after month. I can see in real time how much I’ve earned and what I will receive in my upcoming payments, which helps me plan my finances better. The interface is very intuitive, and the ability to view a detailed breakdown of my payments gives me confidence that everything is correctly calculated. Additionally, the platform automatically updates with my sales, avoiding manual errors and ensuring that my commissions are accurately reflected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

Overall, the platform is excellent, but at first, it can take some time to get familiar with all the features. However, once you understand how it works, the system is very easy to use, and accessing information is quick and seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

I was introduced to CaptivateIQ at my current company to see and manage my payouts. Since, this is my first sales role, where the commissions are depended on company performance, quota, and other factors, it can be hard to know if the payout one is receiving is accurate or not. CaptivateIQ has helped me a lot in understand the details of each payout to the granular level and that's something I really like about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

There is no definitions section in CaptivateIQ. For someone like me who comes from non-sales background, I had to google each and every term I saw in CaptivateIQ. This of course can be handled outside CaptivateIQ and by my organization but having this feature would have been a huge plus so I didn't have to look up each term outside the platform. What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

CaptivateIQ really makes commission calculations a breeze by automating everything, so you always have accurate, real-time info. The interface is super easy to customize, meaning teams can set it up how they need without much training. Plus, it doesn’t just handle calculations—it tracks incentives, provides detailed reports, and keeps everyone aligned with their performance goals. It’s a great way to keep sales teams motivated and focused on hitting their targets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

While CaptivateIQ offers a lot of great features, it does come with some challenges, especially for larger teams. As you scale, the customization options can start feeling a bit limiting, making it harder to adapt. The pricing can be tricky too, with costs adding up quickly depending on how you configure things. Plus, new users often face a steep learning curve, which can slow down onboarding and delay full team adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CaptivateIQ?

CaptivateIQ helps me to know what my commission checks are going to be in advance and shows the breakdown of it. Before we had no platform and it was a guessing game. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaptivateIQ?

So far there is no downside, it has been easy to use and pretty self-explanatory. There was a great training done so the customer support aspect is helpful if you do need assistance. This was rolled out very quickly and the implementation was simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
