I had a fantastic experience with Bynder. Their platform is incredibly user-friendly and streamlined our digital asset management processes significantly. The ability to customize workflows and the intuitive interface made a big difference for our team’s productivity.
Carina Krause and Jakob Spott were particularly outstanding. They were not only extremely courteous and professional but also went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. When we had to change up the steps in our implementation process, Carina and Jakob were tremendously helpful. They provided prompt and effective solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform and our requirements.

We did encounter some issues with the integration between Akeneo and Bynder. From a technical perspective, Bynder could benefit from enhancing its integrations with Akeneo to ensure a smoother experience. Bynder presents assets in ways that are easier to sort/filter than traditional folders. The layout helps users on my team find what they need quickly. It also makes sharing assets with outside parties simple. Create collections and share a link to view or download. No more file transfers. We use it simply as a DAM without many of the other features, and it works well for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The automatic resizing and studio features were oversold to us and are not as practical as we would hope. We wanted to be able to download specificly sized assets for different uses, but in order to have this functionality, every single assets (upon upload) would be multiplied into however many size variations we wanted. This instantly multiplied the amount of storage needed and made it no longer cost effective. The cost in general for the software is steep.
