Having everything in one place is amazing. From the very beginning of the sales cycle to the services we provide to our clients long-term we have the tools in Accelo that get us and our clients where we want to be. I dislike that the client portal doesn't have more options for the client to store and update billing information. Many of our clients were underwhelmed by the functionality and options provided there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At first, it was confusing to use but after you go along all things are interconnected so you have a lot of options to find the tasks, create time, create tasks, reply to the threads, create projects, and assign the tasks to your team members. It allows you also to see how much time you've spent on that particular activity. You can also check the clients easily through the search bar. Also, you can integrate other apps that you're using such as Microsoft Outlook. I recommend this tool especially if your business is catering to a large group of clients. The support is very accomodating too! They have self help tools that you can watch directly and learn the basics of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At first, I can't download the file or spreadsheet for the time spent in the activity but due to the upgrades, they were able to update it. I think they can do more improvements in editing the dates and in editing the project plan. It's sometimes difficult to edit it out, especially if you have created a lot of tasks set on that specific milestone. Also, sometimes if you search the client's name though you're inputting the keyword, it does not show immediately you have to edit it out so that the tool would recognize it. Accelo helps me stay on track with current tasks as well as moving tasks to the appropriate assigned person. I am able to easily view what is at any given status at any moment and I love that about it.
