What do you like best about Accelo?

The Accelo platform has lots of customisation opportunities in order for us to make it work for the way we do business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the features have little hickups or things hang and freeze which can be annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

The built in timesheeting allows us to keep track of what billable and non billable work we do directly against tickets and projects rather than having to log it in a different app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelo?

I like that accelo tells me what is due today and in the future. I can plan my weeks/ months out in advance so i can see what is due and what I need to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are bugs and task cards go missing in accelo. Dont like the speed and which some things load especially when timesheeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo is easy to use with either a simple interface should a simple system be required or a more complicated implementation for power users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelo?

Having everything in one place is amazing. From the very beginning of the sales cycle to the services we provide to our clients long-term we have the tools in Accelo that get us and our clients where we want to be. We don't have to jump from tool to tool thanks to having everything in one place. We've tried so many systems in the past, choosing Accelo was the best choice we've ever made. What do you dislike about Accelo?

I dislike that the client portal doesn't have more options for the client to store and update billing information. Many of our clients were underwhelmed by the functionality and options provided there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We tried many different PSA systems over the years, and Accelo was finally our one-stop PSA system. Their support is incredible, they are really listening to their users and we believe that is what has made it so great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelo?

At first, it was confusing to use but after you go along all things are interconnected so you have a lot of options to find the tasks, create time, create tasks, reply to the threads, create projects, and assign the tasks to your team members. It allows you also to see how much time you've spent on that particular activity. You can also check the clients easily through the search bar. Also, you can integrate other apps that you're using such as Microsoft Outlook. I recommend this tool especially if your business is catering to a large group of clients. The support is very accomodating too! They have self help tools that you can watch directly and learn the basics of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelo?

At first, I can't download the file or spreadsheet for the time spent in the activity but due to the upgrades, they were able to update it. I think they can do more improvements in editing the dates and in editing the project plan. It's sometimes difficult to edit it out, especially if you have created a lot of tasks set on that specific milestone. Also, sometimes if you search the client's name though you're inputting the keyword, it does not show immediately you have to edit it out so that the tool would recognize it. What problems is Accelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We usually use the Accelo in tracking our time, creating invoices, and creating projects, tickets, and tasks for our clients. It is a great tool because it enables our company to organize the needs of our clients especially basing it on the scope that our company will help them with. Through the use of the tool, we're able to pinpoint the important matters in which we can help our clients grow their services may it be through online streaming, social media, website, or campaigns. What do you like best about Accelo?

Accelo helps me stay on track with current tasks as well as moving tasks to the appropriate assigned person. I am able to easily view what is at any given status at any moment and I love that about it. Our company also uses the email integration so being able to view company emails has value to our company as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Accelo?

I love the ability to customize client profiles with different fields. I also love the ability to export to excel at any point. It's very helpful when we are trying to look for specific clients with fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a back button without completely refreshing the entire section you were on. (i.e. if you go back to page 2 of clients, it sends me back to the top of the client list.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
