Es muy fácil crear informes duplicados accidentalmente y cuando tienes a varias personas editando estos informes a la vez, puede generar trabajo extra cuando estás aprendiendo a navegar por él, pero esto se evita fácilmente una vez que te acostumbras al software. La única manera de deshacerse de estos duplicados es archivando el informe no deseado y esto tiene que hacerlo el creador, pero de nuevo, no es un gran problema y se evita fácilmente una vez familiarizado con el software.
